This is the first time I ordered raw food to my new kitten. He only got raw food before, so that was the only option. I wanted to make my own, but I wasn't sure if I would make it right. I thought I buy it first and later on I will try to make my own.

Unfortunately, I'm not overly satisfied. I have to agree one of the previous reviews. The bone is definitely more than 10% and lots of them are quite big. I had to go through all the meat so I can get them out. I don't want to risk any choking. It was really time consuming, so I ended up with grinding them again and again. I still get 1-2 bigger piece, but now I can easily get them out.

Overall I'm not saying it's a terrible product for the price. But in my opinion they should be more careful with their grinding process.
With everything considered, I don't think I would buy again from them. At least not cat food.
The delivery was fast and spot on.

people have different experiences, i buy chicken wings for my great dane and he loves them , the service is great and frendily and CHEAP !!! feeding dogs the mince from any supplier will cause ginger vitus which causes the dogs breath to smell bad and eventully affects there gums so do your home work before putting your dog on any raw products this supplier is really good and aware of the products they sell .

Used this company as its far cheaper than others in market, received an email saying that a batch my dog had already gone though was contaminated with Salmonella. Luckily she is OK but can kill older dogs if it goes untreated or noticed. I did receive a full refund but that's not the point!

Awesome. I have used Middleton's for a year now. I have four little dogs. They love the food. The service is outstanding. Just never had a problem. First class. Thank you.

First time ordering from this company. Naz was very helpful and went the extra mile to get the food here when it was needed. My dogs love the food and the price is very good. We ordered chicken mince and dried sprats, both arrived very well packaged, the meat was still frozen solid despite it being very hot weather. 5 star service from the Middleton Raw Dog Foods team. We will be ordering again and highly recommend.

I would honestly never go anywhere else been using this company for my little frenchie for months now I placed an order yesterday and asked if they could send it to me asap as I have ran out and Duncan is allergic to all other foods!! I received a delivery notice almost straight away and received the food the next day!! I’m from Warrington so it’s quite far away so Thankyou so much guys 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I have been ordering raw food from this company for some time now and it is quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. On a couple of occasions now, DPD have left my package on my doorstep (my front door is directly on the street) and Middleton Raw have been so understanding and efficient with replacing the order at a cost to themselves.
Apart from the DPD driver, which is out of their control, Middleton Raw have been amazing!

Is very low quality food,my dog had skin problems,also in the chicken was lots of bones,no buy there,they have low prices but i know why

AVOID ! Was ok at first nearly killed my cat with no real apology either … deffo not 10% bone more like 35% and the bone they luckily pulled out of my cats neck wasn’t a soft chicken bone !!!!!!! ALSO THEY GOT MY COMMENT DELETED OFF EBAY ………

I bought the 40 bags of frozen minced green tripe and it arrived really quickly. Great service and my two lurchers have never eaten food so fast. I only have a small freezer and thought it would take ages to get through all 40 bags, but it's diminishing rapidly. Will definitely be putting in another order soon....despite the fact that it absolutely stinks!

We have found the food to be great quality most of the time, though on the odd occasion when there is a problem, the owner no longer seems to respond to emails or text messages. Biggest problem is the price increases which seem to leap up by far more than inflation. If it continues we'll have to find an alternative...

He was ok before we've ordered from him for maybe a couple of years now ignores emails etc sends wrong items and changes ingredients with out telling you gone downhill in e everything meat doesn't look fresh

I made sure I read a few reviews on this company before ordering and was impressed so I went ahead and ordered 24 kg of green tripe. Needless to say it arrived fully frozen & well stacked straight for the freezer, they gave me a date of when it would be delivered as well.
They do BARF diet foods giving your animal all the nutrition it needs without messing around doing it at home making sure that all the quantities are right.
I fully recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying....you definitely won't be disappointed!
