I have absolutely no idea why this Company is only rated at 3.5. Our XL bully is a really fussy eater and only used to eat packs of the best mince from Tesco (yes £10 a day). VIP Elite K9 recommended them. We have tried raw before which he absolutely would rather starve than eat. The absolute quality of the food (which, amazingly he loves) is really good. Also, their customer service is brilliant and super responsive. Delivery is really good too, if I order today it literally comes tomorrow. Nothing is too much trouble and I would definitely recommend them.

My third order with this company.
What can I say? Well they provide an excellent service.
Great value for money being over 50% cheaper than Rawgeous foods that I used to use.
They deliver next day and my dog loves it!
I have passed this companies details to others and they are experiencing the same high level of service I am.
When you telephone Middleton Dog foods, they answer the phone and nothing is too much trouble. Very polite people to deal with.

The meat contaminated by metal elements that seal the plastic bags.

Do not buy from this seller if you do not want to incur the costs of dog surgery.

Used this company for nearly a year and initially was pleased. However the quality has dramatically reduced. Chicken chubs Smelt of ammonia and increasingly finding dangerously large shards of bone in every chub. I have a pack of 6 dogs who have started either having upset tummies, vomiting or both. Will not use again.

I tried this company a month ago and I am very happy with the quality of food. My pets (dogs, cats) love it very much. I had my second order arrived today. I am going to be their long term buyer.

Great product, very reasonably priced and excellent customer service. I have been using this company for 8 months. I have had a couple of issues during that time, but I was very satisfied with the resolution. Easy to order and very fast delivery. I would recommend.

On 29th March I ordered £120 of dog food, only half arrived. I have emailed them three times and not had a response. The phone number goes unanswered at all times of day.
If you read the complaint section of the website it is obviously an impossible procedure to enact.
I’ve been a customer for 2 years but after this would not recommend them to anyone.

Had a brilliant experience with these lot really couldn't be more helpful and even went the extra mile for me A* my dog loves the chicken food would highly recommend thanks again guys

We have used Middleton raw dog food for years now and I have to say there service is awsome, fast delivery and good quality and at a very good price. We usually buy on ebay - where they have over 30000 positive reviews.

I have to say that this company have gone above and beyond with our deliveries. The courier, twice, did not deliver, yet they still sent another package, thank you so much. Also, I have some very fussy dogs, half won't eat raw at all, but of the others, all prefer this product to every other we have tried, many at over double the price, and absolutely no issues. The only issue is living so far north, and having deliver problems, none of which is middletons issue.

After reading some the reviews has me worried so chose this company so for now 4 months was wondering why my bully dog is not gaining weight yet loseing it after food is defrosted smells off and I thought was just the tripe but today he and one my other dogs of 4 only the had this food and have extreme diarrhoea and pois have been off now for couple months now know this has to be problem from this food I am done with this

Update on my dogs situation.

Positive salmonella from the dogs fecal samples serotype matched the food this company has given me no response whatsoever my dog also now needs life long medication due to the strain of salmonella damaging her pancreas. This company should be avoided at all costs.

I know this review is quite long but I feel it's very important to read to the end. Or just jump to the end. I love this company with all my heart. I've been buying raw dog food from them for 5 maybe even 6 years now. How time flies. For 10 years now I've had two rescue Lhasa Apsos one age 16 & the other 11 plus a Bichon x poodle age 12 from a pup. They mostly only go to the vet once a year for vaccinations & a check up as they have never been so healthy & happy. Long walks on the beach help but I put their longevity down to their diet. Healthy raw & healthy treats, This company has now started doing these healthy treats. But do you know why else I love this company so much? It's the owner & family members who work in the company. Forget emailing. I pick up the phone & always had my call answered. My phone numbers are now on their display because I'm always greeted by 'Hello Suz how are you'. I phone to ask about the food & treats & sometimes if the flavours in the boxes can be altered for a change. They are happy to answer all questions & talk through the content of the food & which are suitable for your dogs requirements. My girl Lhasa must be on a low fat diet due to pancreatitus so they advise me which of their meats to avoid. It's hardly any anyway. The delivery company DPD is great most of the time but occasionally hiccups happen but this company puts right anything that goes wrong even if it's not their fault & out of their control. But as I said 99% of orders go through with no problems at all. I couldn't believe when they even started delivering on Sundays! Wonderful if that's what you needed. DPD are also ok in my area so it all works well. Christmas is the only time we need to be aware there is a cut off point for ordering but as that's only once a year we don't mind. Just remember to order before 3pm any day of the week for next day delivery. I'm always a bit sad when we go off in our caravan as obviously we can't have a delivery where we have parked up & the freezer is too small to take all our requirements for the dogs dinners with us. We have now bought a large cooler/freezer box to carry as much as we can to keep the dogs on their correct diet to not cause any tummy problems. If you've read this far I thank you & please believe me when I say you can't go far wrong with this company. JUST AFTER POSTING MY REVIEW ON HERE I FOUND THE COMPANY IS ALSO ON EBAY & THE REVIEWS WERE AMAZING. OVER 35,000 CUSTOMERS CAN'T BE WRONG!!! THANK YOU.

i called to say i hadnt received my order, this was my fault as the cut off time was the 15th December, but they delivered my dog food the next day and the gentleman i spoke to was so helpful i will not shop anywhere else.

Used this company for 2 years and put up with the odd tube of food absolutely stinking and being thrown out but the last 6 months thier mixes have been changing and making my rottweiler quite ill.
The last 2 large parcels of food my dog refuses to eat although its the same as he's ate since I got him as a pup... one box of beef and tripe was £65 the other mixed box £45 ish.
The beef and tripe makes him ill and the mixed box every single one of the chicken and lamb is off and very smelly.
Over 2 years approximately £300 of food has been binned effectively cancelling out the money saved from cleaner suppliers not including all the vet bills the last 6 months..
Salmonella recalls the lot...
I've kept some in the freezer to be sent off for testing and will update this review with the results.
Theyve Just lost a possible 10year customer I've had enough of my money being wasted...
This place has gone downhill quite fast and will be looking elsewhere.

Apart from the very bad smell (I know what clean fresh raw meat smells like and this definitely isn't) the labelling - when present; many chubs have no label at all - can't be trusted (for instance 'Chicken and lamb mince' is listed as containing 100% chicken!). Only half my order contained what I had actually ordered - the rest was meats that my dog is allergic to and so cannot eat it and the food will have to be thrown away. Emails go unanswered; very disappointing indeed.

Since my dog has been on there food shes lost 2kg and her performance has dropped its cheap rubbish no nutrition in it whatsoever and it smells wrong if you feeding your pet this stop asap and the place stinks when you go to pick it up flies all over the place

Great price fast delivery and most importantly our Dog loves the food. Would highly recommend.
