With the addition of a reformer pilates studio to our leisure club we sourced our beds from MC Sport - Anamika helped throughout the process in a very efficient and professional way - from our quote, to ordering to keeping us updated on deliveries and installation. The last few years Kerri has been my point of contact for McSport. From quote updates to invoices to delivery service, she provides a first class service, without any delays. The sports equipment is with us within a couple of days for the beginning of the school year, thanks again for such a swift and friendly service.

Excellent service and great quality equipment

I’ve ordered several pieces of gym equipment from McSport and have been very happy with both the quality of the products and the customer service.

My most recent order had an issue with the courier, as an EZ Curl Bar was delayed and temporarily went missing in transit. Although the delivery problem itself was not McSport’s fault, their support team handled the situation extremely well. Hailie was responsive, patient and genuinely helpful throughout, kept me updated and took the issue seriously until it was resolved.

The bar eventually arrived in perfect condition and I’m very pleased with it, just as I have been with the other equipment I’ve purchased from McSport.

Problems with couriers can happen, but what matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and McSport handled it professionally from start to finish.

5 stars from me and I’ll definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommended.

Rodrigo was very helpful checking if the exercise bike I wanted was in stock . Super efficient service both in the ordering and the collection process .

The website offered €10 off when you spent €50 or more. I was making a large purchase totalling over €800, I could have made 12 different transactions and saved€10 12 times but I emailed and asked them for a discount instead of doing this. They immediately removed the discount from their website, sent me a quote with a €17 discount but increased delivery from €30 to €40 even though I was going to click and collect the 35 items I wanted to buy.
I am currently starting up my own gym and I have lots more equipment to buy and I won’t be using this company as they are not nice to deal with. I sourced by items in another company at a better price and will be doing all my purchasing there.

We explained to Rosanna we were looking for an all round piece of excerise equipment that would meet our requirements. Rosanna suggested the NordicTrack Airglide LE Eliptical .
Rosanna took our budget into account. I also bought weights.
I really enjoyed our conversation and advice so much so I didn’t have to think about our purchase looking forward to using the NordicTrack Airglide LE Eliptical . Which is ready for collection.

I couldn’t recommend this shop highly enough for anyone looking to buy exercise equipment. I ordered the G5 indoor exercise bike, and it was delivered in less than five days. The delivery team was friendly, professional, and very helpful.

The bike itself was incredibly easy to assemble, taking only about 15 minutes. I’ve been using it every day for the past two months, and it’s by far the best exercise bike I’ve ever owned. I’ve had several other brands over the years, but this one is on another level.

One of my favourite features is how quiet it is. Thanks to the belt-driven system, it makes barely any noise while in use, making it perfect for home workouts.

I would highly recommend both this shop and the G5 indoor exercise bike to anyone looking for quality equipment and excellent service.

Nobody ever answers the phone!

Spoke with Yatin Sharma on the phone on the 18th May to order some footballs, dodgeballs and tennis balls. Yatin handled my order with competency, courtesy, and efficiency. Excellent customer service.
