Kilworth Mc Donalds, None of the staff we wearing gloves while handling the food, the face masks were not worn correctly, the covid cert was not asked for until half way through eating the meal, the beef burgers were cold, I would not recommend this Mc Donalds to anyone, and I will not be going there again.

I’ll have two number 9s, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45s, one with cheese, and a large soda. though to be honest the service is slow the place is always unclean but still though the chips are nice

29th July 2021 I met a friend I hadn’t seen since lockdown at McDonalds Thurrock. We sat and caught up then went our separate ways. I went on holiday the next day and returned to a £100 parking fine for staying 110 minutes in the restaurant and not 90. I rang the restaurant manager to explain that I was in fact eating in the restaurant and offered to send the receipt as proof and pointing out I didn’t know there was a time limit and no one in the restaurant mentioned it to me. The manager explained that it’s not McDonalds that run their car parks, it’s the government (?) and that there are five notices in the car park explaining the time limit. I told her that when I parked I didn’t see any of the notices so they are obviously not clear enough and restaurant staff should warn customers. I was told that it’s not McDonalds fault if people don’t see the signs, it’s my fault for not looking for signs I didn’t expect to see for something I was paying to eat and that basically I should just pay the fine.

Burger was semi cold, but at least they replaced it. Service a bit slow.

The service was bad and the Burgers are undercooked! Not recommendable!!!!

Couldn't give a damn staff. Just back from mcdonalds dun laoghaire Co. Dublin. Ordered chicken nugget meal and curry sauce for my granddaughter. No, was the answer we have none. Asked why, answer very busy yesterday!!!! Couldn't careless! Left., drove to Blackrock and got our food there. Why couldn't somebody from couldn't give a damn mcdonalds dun laoghaire have driven there to replenish there stocks, oh ye I know why, They Couldn't Give A DAMN!!!!!!!

Today I was absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the way I was treated at Sligo McDonald’s! I purchased a Large filet of fish meal, 20 nuggets, a large Coke Zero and large fries. I got to the window to pay and I was told it’s €26 which didn’t sound right I asked for a receipt and was told I can get one at the next window. I was given my food then I asked for a receipt as I explained the price seemed high. A member off staff was then told off for charging us the wrong amount and I was told I can’t have a receipt but they said I’ve been charged for a flat white in error and I was given €2.00? I again said I need my receipt as the price still doesn’t seem correct . They got a manager who said we can’t have a receipt as we haven’t paid so we need to pay first???? I asked for my drinks as we still hadn’t been given these and the staff clearly didn’t have a clue what was going on I was told I can’t have my drinks I haven’t paid. My transaction was pending on my on line banking and I then was getting angry and explained I have paid they have over charged me and I don’t want €2.00 I want a receipt and my drinks. The manger then to my disbelief called the police and closed the drive threw window. The police arrived and the general manager Leo then came outside he had told the police we had thrown something at the staff threw the window and we was been abusive. I have never been more shocked in my life Leo told the police my payment will go back into my bank in 10 days as it didn’t go threw on there system which is complete rubbish and I will provide proof of my payment. So after the police finally let us go we left with cold food no drinks no refund no receipt and completely humiliated and so angry I don’t want to give McDonald’s another penny of my money. Please can this be looked into ASAP as the general manager is clearly incapable of doing his job, this act will be reported to all the websites ad unacceptable.
