Avoid avoid avoid the Cork Road branch in Waterford. Can never get the food right, missing items, wrong items, basic necessities such as napkins missing, rude staff, inadequate drive thru facilities that drowns you when it rains, not enough parking, the list goes on.

I had a staff member slam the window in my face while I asked for napkins.

Prices are a rip off for what you get also, gone up 90% in the last 3 months.

It's worth the drive down to Dungarvan to deal with a properly run restaurant.

When you see the lovely big crunchy Mc crispy chicken burger advertised. It looks fabulous . Then you open the box and reality strikes. It looks nothing like what is advertised. Fake advertisement maybe.. disappointed to see a small piece of dried up flat hard piece of chicken. Sprinkled with some hard bit of lettuce. What crap we are given to eat in mc Donald’s. And it’s not cheap crap…

Went to McDonald's on cork road Waterford on the way back from Cork to Wexford ordered meals for 4 people 1 order was for a cheeseburger only without any thing else in it went to eat the burger and a pice of onion was in the burger and then I started to choke an was struggling to breathe and my son was sitting next to me he seen what was wrong with me and started to bang me on the back and dislodge the onion and after a while he managed to free me and get me breathing normal again. There was a staff member 3 ft away from me and done absolutely nothing only to ask me was if I was OK then called for a manager and when they came to the table thy said that there was no onion in the burger and tool it away and was given another one but before I was given it the manager checked it out and found out that it to had onion on it when I placed the pice of onion on the table the manager said that they was no onion in it yet it was wrapped up in paper napkin and taken away then when thy seen what happened thy gave a full refund what I don't understand is why in the first place the order was wrong and when I was getting the replacement one that was wrong as well and also why no staff member came over to the table to give first aid also the restaurant was very busy at the time teenager's on the table next to us were throwing food around yet no Staff came out to correct them if this is the way McDonald's run the restaurants then it a dangerous place to eat no staff training no first aid training in place and no help from the staff I will never go back to any McDonald's again as I will not put my life in danger to staff that just stand and look at a person choking without given any help to me only for my son I would be dead BEWARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO EAT IN MCDONALD'S YOU TAKE YOUR LIFE IN YOUR OWN HANDS

Terrible never ever I have experienced McDonalds this Bad!!!

The charlestown Mickey Ds is the worst mickey ds I’ve ever had to experience. I was out last night hanging out my a$$ and was buzzing for a Big Mac down the gob but no the Big Mac was freezing cold and the chips tasted like they were imported and cooked months ago. Sort that out lads, also get that manatee at the counter out

I’m an extremely disappointed with my experience today, I ordered a Carmel mc flurry and I asked for extra Carmel because they never put enough on. When I got to the window they hand me my flurry with NO Carmel on it. We wait outside the window and they are paying no attention to us at all , when we finally get there attention we say what we ordered and they take back the ice cream to put the Carmel on. They hand it back out with a tiny drizzle of Carmel on it, after me paying extra money for extra Carmel I get handed a ring drizzle after asking for extra. It’s ridiculous they do not listen to their cutomers at all. The staff were careless and not paying any attention and hardly listening to are order. I’m not impressed with this at all I won’t be going back.

Upon entering the establishment, I had anticipated a highly regarded restaurant. However, to my dismay, as I stepped inside and placed my order, the cashier continuously emitted burps in my direction. Not only did she mock me for my choice, but when my meal was finally served after an excruciating 90 minutes, the Big Mac was completely stale! To my horror, there were even maggots wriggling out of it! Reluctantly, I forced myself to consume the abomination before me, all while chaos unfolded around me. Initially, there were unruly children running and shrieking in close proximity. Then, a waiter carelessly spilled 19 stale Big Macs and 10 expired, watery Coca-Colas on me, utterly ruining my $3000 Zara ensemble, which was already in a deplorable state. Astonishingly, he didn't even offer an apology, but instead had the audacity to claim that I was obstructing his path! As if matters couldn't deteriorate further, the children proceeded to lick the remnants of food off my soiled garment! And to add insult to injury, a certain individual named Caseoh was in the restroom, unleashing an explosive bout of diarrhea with the utmost volume, causing the entire building to erupt in a catastrophic explosion and releasing toxic fumes that rendered some individuals unconscious. I vow never to set foot in a McDonald's establishment ever again!

Be so fr, tell me why I found a cow tongue in my double trouble beef bubble burger and it started licking me and I at first i was like oh and then I was like OH it was giving food wars on Netflix and then the tongue mutated and killed me so yeah I'm alive but im dead.

Went through the drive through in Portlaoise and received 3 instead of 5 chicken strips. Can happen, no big deal. Thought I'd let them know on "mcdfoodforthought.com" to see what corporate would do. Tried to enter the code on the receipt but was rejected. Downloaded the app and guess what? The contact us page is blank! Typical large multi national; give the appearance of concern but reality is different.

I would give you a zero but I can't so I give you a 1,my friends ate one of your fries and they all imploded I was gagged but not surprised because this is what your brand promotes. another reason I gave it a 1 is because when I tried ordering here my husband and children turned into chicken nuggets and you forced me to eat them one by one

Today I went in to the Carrick on Shannon restaurant operated by Glenellen restaurants Ltd.
We ordered our food at 10:36 two sausage and egg mc muffin meals after a 30 minute wait and after asking where our food was twice were told they were busy..!!!! at 11.05 our food arrived however the mcmuffins were served on bread rolls not muffins. I returned the food to the male server he took the food off us and said they would be remade he came back 5 minutes later with the mcmuffins I opened them infront of the server the same meal served on burger buns I requested a refund. The restaurant was busy the lady in front of me had the same issue and been waiting 50 mins for the same situation and to be told by the lady who refunded us we are really sorry we are out of muffins.

As a franchisee the staff looked poorly trained and appears not enough staff cooking food we had ordered table service yet it appeared drive through orders were being filled yet sit down orders took least priority overall a really poor experience

In the bathroom stalls there was a hole and someone stuck their dong through it and started peeing it was like sneaking to the soldiers in 'nam

Went to McDonalds Portlaoise today to try the new Chicken Fajita wrap. I chose the grilled chicken version.

First thing the grilled chicken was tasteless. The fajita sauce tasted awful.
Anyone from any country but especially Mexico who orders this wrap will be very disappointed.

Binned it after two bites.

The workers make food without gloves and there is no protective net on their hair. At this time, they touch uniforms and hair. And how much dirt there is under the nails. When I wrote a complaint to the manager, we threw out all the food after what I saw. She wrote that workers can hands every 30 minutes, but this is not true. This can be observed for hours and none of the workers leaves their workplace to wash their hands. Even if they wash, bacteria always remain under the nails. And with these hands they prepare food for children. To keep me quiet and not write anywhere, the manager offered me two free lunches, prepared with dirty hands.

Ordered a chicken n bacon salad. 2 small pieces of chicken wouldn't fill a child. Got to table no fork or knife, obviously meant to eat salad with your fingers. Went up to get fork n knife n had to queue to get them to find when I went to use fork it bent on first use.
Firstly if you serve a salad surely it should come with a fork n knife and one that's fit for purpose. Had chips also n by the time I was sorted they were cold and had to try n eat salad with my fingers.

Hey my name is Chris McPherson I live in Barberton and have 2 sons and a cat that I bum. I went to McDonald’s for the 18th time this week and it’s only Monday…. Guilty anyway. They only gave me 16 bigmacs compared to the 20 I ordered, they also forgot the but plug I wanted in the happy meal toy.

Mc Donalds Drogheda constantly leaving orders short. Waited over an hour and a half for a delivery and then went up to collect it. Firstly told by the manager he couldnt see the just eat orders even though they can. Didnt help and ended up having to buy food again. When i get home they had left a whole meal out of the bag. I never complain but this is ridiculous you think they would get a simple order right. Not the first time either

We went to McDonald's in Maynooth Co Kildare. We got two children's meals and Burger meal with tea as the drink. The children's meal was cold and looked as if it was packed in the morning and this was afternoon. It was dried out and horrible. My tea was to come with milk. There was no milk given. I know I could ask for it but the whole experience was not good. The only the thing that was good was how clean the place was. Thumbs up for that.

Only gave it one star because I had to in order to write this review. But for anyone reading this review I'm giving 0 stars! Get rid of McDonald's and put a Supermac's there instead!!! This McDonald's restaurant in Fermoy, has put me off going to the McDonald's franchise! I used to love going, but not anymore!

* Advertising Meals that they don't have.

* Ordering breakfast meals / Mc'Muffin etc at 10:45am to be told that the breakfast service in now closed. But doesn't close till 11am..

* Went into McDonald's itself to order some food for my son and myself. They didn't have the anything that we ordered, not even a milkshake!

* Spoke with management, he had a very poor response couldn't care less kind of attitude. It was Christmas week.. and I wanted to treat my son.. 😠

* Will not be returning..

My food was delivered cold and they won't send me a replacement order and is blaming ub
er for their mistake
