Sunday afternoon, drove into the drive through, placed and order for 3 big mac meals 3 fanta's, asked if we wanted large said yes, told us the amount drove to the pay window. Asked us what we ordered and if we just drove through as they didn't have our order. Coincidentally the supervisor who was at the window asked 3 members of staff if the took the order all said no. Where we talking to a ghost ? told to wait in the waiting area and left us waiting quite a while no apology.

They get 3 stars as the food is delicious but the service on Sunday was atrocious.

im a 10 year old and i waited 2 hours for a cold meal after the meal I had Symptoms of food poisoning please. let your chef know about this thank you

Food in Preparation / Please Collect TV's are meaningless. My order 004 up for collection 10 mins than disappears.

It's good but menu could have more variety

Rudest manageress is the Mcdonalds in Charlestown Finglas. I thik she is tannd East European late 40s early 50s. Very harsh and unfriendly tone snd was angry with me for merely pointing out that there was no ketchup ! No apologies. Appaling customer service can only imagine how she treats her stafff. Nervous or disgruntled staff leads to terrible service and this mght explain the error with them forgetting the ketchup and why is in my opinon, the worst McDonalds in Dublin.

Ordered food at 5 o clock and only came now a hour and 40 minutes and food was stone cold it’s a disgrace

former staff member writing this, numerous of times I’ve went in with family or friends and been thrown filthy looks and been given bad customer service I know for next time to make people aware not too visit this restaurant

What the hell has happened to McDonalds.. There's more than enough staff but they can't seem to get a thing right.. Caramel Frappe was under crushed as in very Big lumps of ice still on it and they Constamtly get the order wrong. I can't remember a time I haven't had to go back in to get my order put right. McDonalds in Cavan you are a let down to yourself.

My family went to this restaurant today just for flurry’s and i was absolutely shocked by the dirty state of the place. Many tables uncleared, food swashed on the floor and even some of the staff looked untidy and uninterested. I went to the bathroom and the toilets were in a dreadfully dirty state with toilet paper everywhere. It is the most disgusting Mc Donalds i have been in. Obviously we left without ordering our ice cream. There didn’t seem to be a shortage of staff so as far as i was concerned there was no need for such a filthy restaurant, management have a little decency and take pride in what is one of the most recognised restaurants in the entire globe!

I am fuming and am going further about mcdonald’s Ennis road limerick paid for uber eats to deliver meal for my severely autistic son who i can’t explain to why his order isn’t there to be told when i rang next time u come in we will give it to u I will be going further about this 4 th time my order hasn’t been proper missing food and was met with bad attitude on the phone fuuuuuming very disappointed with mcdonalds!

First of all the service was mediocre
Then my change was supposed to be 80c but it was 70c also I ordered a chocolate milkshake but I got a vanilla one

The food is always Cold.
I love McDonalds but I hate cold chips & burgers.
This used to only happen in the drive tru but last evening, I went in to get the drive tru order replaced, which was not a problem & the staff were really nice but the replacement food was also cold. Such a pity.

What went wrong is their first 3 words, what a dump in nutgrove, they mop Ur feet while Ur wating 10 mins on a coffee,they clean everywhere when management come. Then u get Ur coffe in 10 seconds, u can get a burger with handprints on it,no one washes hands,tables cricket, nobody wakes up till 10. Kip

I ordered 2 Mclplant meals medium and one deal of 4.20 (Mcplant sandwich and fries).charged is amount 22.75e. Have a look kindly and tell me how come a price of above is 22.75e? i see now that my order was put as seperate items rather than in a meal.. where i ordered meals.
She asked me to wait in yellow box for order after reconfirmation with myself (i requested reconfirmation).
When I received the order one Mcplant and one fries were missing. I requested delivery staff that 1 Mcplant and one fries were missing. No receipt was given.
Instead the Manager John H came out very aggressively (either drunk or drugged looking)and started arguing with me waving the receipt that I paid for 2 meals only and i should just go.
I requeted him that i dont have receipt but even without receipt can he advise me how just 2 medium meals on price of 8.60e each can come to 22.75 that i paid. John "told" me that he is "the manager" and no staff can say more than what he is said to me.I requested that may we kindly ask the order taking lady . John H said that he is not interested and he doesn't know that "how much is one meal" so he cannot tell me anything other than I should take my duplicate receipt and go.
I went inside and spoke to the lady who was at counter for order and she affirmed that I ordered as I mentioned, afterwards a new manager came and asked if everything is okay from staff, he had my receipt and was trying to ask me what happened when John H came and said that I should not stay here as I am harassing the staff and I should leave the restaurant.
He also told me to complain ...and he wrote some email with Steve name on it and gave that to me.

This is very clearly Racist and differentiating behaviour with ultimate rudeness acting like a Cult leader . John was looking very Intoxicated with intimidation and threats to me constantly
I went to the drive way again and ordered Mcplant and paid.i also asked the lady that when I ordered previously they gave me a fries but said that i dodnt order and i received so instead of myself claiming for Mcplant and making an issue..since I was given fries so its only fair for me that I should be charged for that and she without saying or asking anything charged 2.60e and said ok. (very different/strange dealing, i would request to see video of your politeness please)
I received my order next window but it was very apparent that almost all staff ware either in shock or in fear of something at that time.
John asked me to leave McDonalds when lot of people were around without anything rather accusing me of Staff harrassment and made me feel humiliated amongst the people wrongly.
That's an experience which will have me disconnect from McDonalds forever.

I would request you to listen to order conversation and other conversations with staff from your camers as the details are quite a bit and i am trying to keep it short.
May I request footage from yourselves kindly for the drive through and inside from 1605 to 1700hrs please. if that can be emailed kindly or if there is a procedure, please let me know.
For McDonald branch owner: This branch was having very rude staff over the years unfortunetely but now they have audacity to accuse , defame, humiliate people openly, that is something you need to see for yourself kindly.
Mr John seems to be on "something" and it will not take a while before this store stories wil be in the local paper.
