Tonight I ordered 7 wraps and received 5, what a disaster

McDonalds Dundalk - Tesco

Ordered there today with the kids for lunch as a treat, they managed to get the entire order wrong, I ordered one kids meal, McCrispy meal and two big mac meals, order came with 1 side of fries, no fries for the rest of the orders, I asked for a Big Mac with no cheese, they put in the extra effort to hide the cheese on the big mac, I mean it was precision effort to hide it where they did.

Overall, very poor quality, so much so that the kids weren't impressed, and that takes a lot!

Service was ok, chap who dropped the food over was pleasant.

They recently upgraded this place to have an additional service lane, since then it seems the quality has gone downhill.

Quantity isn't always better folks.

Much improvement needed.

Mc Donalds Tumba det vore bra om de kunde börja använda handskar när de tillagar maten. Killen som gjorde min Big mac hade inga handskar på sig tycker det är riktigt äckligt. Tappade aptiten o vill ej äta den alls.

Unreliable service at the best of times, orders frequently wrong, ironically enough never seems to have the full menu available, managers lying about fixing issues you're having with your food.

Never order. Delivery, dood is always cold and missing items

We went to McD's outside Dublin airport last Wednesday about 5.30pm. My son ordered the Biscotti milkshake/sundae. Unfortunately, he really didn't like the taste so he went to the counter and asked if he could change for a coke. The server didn't know, so she asked the supervisor, who refused! Seriously poor customer service. I think McDonalds have forgotten the basics...something they were renowned for. I might add that my double cheeseburger was not very fresh despite the quiet period and the mozzarella balls are really not very nice. Disappointing experience.

Called to McDonald's takeaway on the Malahide Road.
Considering all the money spent promoting McDonald's it is time they had a good look at what they are promoting.
* Placed our order, Double Chesse Burger meal with Fanta. SORRY NO FANTA, I took a coke. The missus order a Chilli wrap meal.
* Paid cashier and proceeded to collection window, could I have some sachets of salt? SORRY NO SALT, but I will make sure the chips are salted!!! NOT SALTED.
Drove to car park to eat our meal, my chips were cool as if they were left sitti g there and burger was tepid.
The missus wrap had two chicken goujons NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATOES.
Shocking.

McDonald’s Ballincollig - went there last week through drive through and they gave me the complete wrong order so I ended up being starved as I only realised after I drove off, having waited 20 minutes for food I didn’t ask for.

Went there this week drive through - waited 30 minutes for them to bring out the wrong burger with no chips, I asked for it to be sorted and I awaited another 15 minutes for that!!!!!

Problem is it's like going to the bank now.. They don't want people walking in. Drive in & delivery takes priority over everything else!

Service was substandard, chips were soft and Luke warm… Malahide road

Had table service but food arrives without salt or ketchup so off to the counter I go. Straw with the strawberry shake gives out half way through, off to counter I go. Guy serving sees me, but looks everywhere else but at me, then walks away leaving me to wait for someone else. How to be really average without trying

Ordered a delivery for myself and my niece and they only brought my food. Got a refund which isn't helpful, a four year old thinks I didnt get her food 😒

Placed order at 10:12 and got my food at 10:27, I only ordered a sausage egg muffin and a coffee. Taking the Mickey calling it fast food. Kilkenny, Ireland

2 stars had great cushy dogs and good bigmac and had a good building structure also no there was no godzilla like the wendy's across the street also there was no cookie monster which made me sad and now left a empty hole in my heart and they let my dog run away and get cook

Went to mc donalds Douglas this evening.
The staff use the word Maaaam...when you ask a question.I ordered a happy meal for a child 2 days previously and the orange juice was missing..I showed my receipt to the young man and he looked at it and said it was too late Maaaaaam.
I felt so upset as he was so demeaning in his attitude towards me..
Management should encourage staff to desist from using this american jargon..

Jesus. Ordered Via Just eat and let me tell you, The food was HORRIBLE! Burgers were rock hard, Chicken nuggets were disgusting and not cooked properly, Couldn't even have one nugget without spitting it out immediately. Never getting McDonalds again.

Ordered via just eat. Driver literally phoned me to tell me that he was going to mark my order as delivered when it wasn't. Arrived a half hour later with a cold congealed mess and zero apologies.

Never again. I had to throw it out. Never got a refund.
