Genie Bucks Scam
Their payment system is inaccurate with what you may get charged when using their "Genie Bucks" rewards. I applied $10 of Genie Bucks to my order, and then over a day later, I receive an email saying my payment information needs to be updated, which I then re-inputted the same information it already had, except they removed my Genie Bucks from the payment and did not have a spot to apply them again. The order then went through almost immediately. They advertise their rewards system as a scam to get users to purchase "deals" at artificially low prices and then revoke their rewards so you end up paying more than you thought.
UPDATE: Customer service emailed me telling me I was wrong about my order and I was charged correctly, yet referenced the WRONG ORDER NUMBER. They clearly did not bother reading my email asking for help with my order; still awaiting a real response and a simple refund after 2 days of this. I ordered from them before using the same payment method without using their rewards and there were no issues. They try to pull customers in with their rewards program only to blame the customer's payment method in order to avoid having to honor the rewards.
