Great website with great discounts.

Power deals are legit, but I have trouble getting massgenie to process the payment.

Website is horribly busted. Took me a dozen tries to get through sign up and then checkout. Internal server errors, freezes, etc the entire way through. bummer.

Hope I will be successful in this time's order

The website does not work. I tried Firefox and the site is unusable, switched to Chrome and at least I was able to go through with my purchase. Clicking buttons on the checkout page will sometimes cause things to execute, and sometimes nothing happens, and it is hard to tell if it is because it is taking time or if it just ignored the click.

There are perfectly acceptable form buttons that developers can use when building their web pages, but the developers decided they were going to reimplement everything using Javascript so that more testing was required, basic button behaviors had to be implemented from scratch (poorly), and some browsers were not supported.

Even this survey is a proof that they did not think about the user experience at all, it shows up immediately after creating an order, but it asks you for the order number (which is not even labeled in the orders page, at least for power deals), and which you cannot get to because the survey window is modal.

Wondering if i will get a used key or not

this is my 3rd time placing a power deal, 3rd time winning only to be refused because of credit card info or shipping address. I have submitted 3 different credit cards and have talked to the cc issuer and their should not be a problem. this is last attemp, if a problem now I am calling this a scam and complaining to the BBB and State Atty General.

Update: 6-26-2019 Changing review from 1 to 4 star as a representative contacted me after my initial review and at least attempted to rectify the issue and satisfy their customer. My original complaint still stands, unable to edit current address or add a new one but the company does seem to be actively trying to resolve these issues and seems concerned about keeping their customers happy. That goes a long way towards promoting good will even if unable to complete this transaction. I probably will not make another purchase from this site until I can verify that address editing is possible but I'll mark this up to poor website controls and not a malicious indifference.

Original review : Made a power deal purchase but ended up getting an email stating they couldn't verify my address and order would be cancelled if not updated to a verifiable address. Inconvenient but understandable, the problem arises in that they will not allow you to update or add an address. Tried from mobile, no dice, tried from home computer on latest versions of Edge, Internet Explorer and Chrome, all give the same error that you must be logged in to change/update an address which obviously I'm already logged in to be able to see my account/address information. Oh well, lesson learned and will not use or recommend.

confusing, did i make a purchase or not? why are there two prices?

placed serveral orders but somehow got cancelled and the agent blamed the bank side. Contacted my bank said not bank's end fault. Very confusing.

We could not initially join the Power Deal with Internet Explorer, our chosen browser. It worked with Chrome.
