We were invited to come and listen to the program that they offered to people for Medical Emergency by the Ambulance services. It was great info, especially if you do not know how the ambulance service works. It was explained very clearly and we are grateful that we were able to attend. It’s an important program for everyone to know.

I called MASA to register my grandson on my MASA contract. I was immediately emailed a link to complete his information. I submitted the required information. In a very short time I received confirmation that he had been added to my contract.

My wife and I attended one of these seminars , we had no intention of purchasing anything that was going to be offered, nor did we know anything about this company. After listening to the presenter Jason, we decided this was too good of a opportunity to pass on! We quickly changed our mind and became members! This was a very informitive presentation with an incredibly knowledgable salesman.

We just signed up for MASA services because we are getting older and may need to have medical transportation to a hospital or clinic, especially while traveling. We have not had an opportunity to use the services and, God willing, we won't need such any time soon. But it is comforting to know that if we ever need transport for a medical reason, we can use it without concern about the cost. We'll leave that up to MASA!

excellent presentation by a professional. Damien I believe is his name. Very, very friendly very very thorough answered all the questions was very well-versed and knowledgeable in his presentation. Also when I call him or text him he immediately texts or calls me back even if he’s driving his car he’ll stop and take my call. Excellent service so far.

Irene was very knowledgeable about cost of what Medicare will pay and a person’s responsibility if insurance doesn’t pay for the services and what can happen if you have to pay.

The complete coverage that is being offered relieves me of trying to find assistance from others if it becomes necessary for any medical. Plus I live all the extra perks offered for traveling. How could anyone turn that down?

Your representative’s presentation was clear, precise and very informative. He was not a pressure salesman. He answered all of our questions and then some. He gave examples that we could relate to in a friendly, non threatening manner. We have gone to many different presentations from many different companies and MASA is definitely what we were looking for and more.

I signed up for Masa not 100% knowing I would need the service, however sure enough shortly after enrolling there was a medical incident. The Masa team was so easy to work with and helped me through the process. At the end of the whole process they saved me what would have been a $1000 ambulance bill.

Everyone at MASA has been super nice and wonderful to work with very kind. Very thorough. I have not used their services yet. God forbid I ever have to, but I have a piece of mind knowing that they’re there in case I need them. HWS

My wife and I discussed opening a MASA plan years ago. After she passed away, I opted to investigate a single plan so my children could effectively deal with any expense related to a future injury home or away that required specialized transportation. This was a smart move on my part and pleased with the presentation by the company representative so there was no hesitation. Thank you!
