The presentation was well done, comprehensive, and the presenter allowed for much personal question answering. The program of benefits was also excellent.

My experience was wonderful. This company provides the best service for its customers. To be honest, always be alert for anything that could happen to you, such as an accident, when traveling domestically and abroad. The important thing is to keep your card in your wallet for any emergency.

Good information. It would help if she could take cash that day. It delayed payment till check was deposited.

This is the best thing for people to get. I'm glad I got it they have shared all information that I would need and they even have sent me the papers that have the information.i would suggest that you check into MASA you won't be disappointed.

Experience was excellent, services provided are very good no matter where you travel in or out of country. I appreciate the efficient response and glad I am enrolled knowing I and my husband are covered. Having options even though we haven’t needed them yet is security.

Well, Kristi (MASA-reprehensive) came to our house & we had a good conversation, our concerns were, cost per month/yearly, contacts who we call when we use the service, does the protection expire because we had a large transportation billing, will the plan cover us even in our 80s, what if we don't have transportation, can a family member ride along, the list on, Kristi had brochures, paperwork to look over, she was well prepared. So we signed up for a year, we never have regrated taking out the policy. We hope we never need to use the service.

Coverages claimed in the presentation were not the same as in the contract we received. Sales Manager promised proof of coverage, took forever, and in the end confirmed that what was said in the presentation was wrong. Still waiting for confirmation of cancellation and refund.

Good presentation, just what we needed to travel. I am 85, had my problems, my wife is terrified that we will go on a trip out of the country and I will get sick. This solves some of those problems.

It just gave me the facts and in a way that you could believe them.

I did not know this service was available. My wife and I have health issue living in the country requirs ambulance services.
We also like to travel the carribean Islands, Panama,Aruba AND Brazil. With travel and health unpaid portio s of bills fall on us. I see a win win situation for everyone.
