BEWARE!!! Only giving 1 star because the option of no star is not available. We have a primary health share company we have used for 4 years (highly recommend over "regular" insurance). MASA will not allow coverage for those without traditional insurance companies in place, even though at signup, that was not going to be an issue.
Customer service agents only know what is written down for them so forget about having a productive conversation. They cannot answer questions, comprehend anything beyond their manual or even offer explanations. Stay away from this company.

We have been to a couple of orientations and Angel Sarabia is an excellent and very informative in regards to explaining all aspects, we thank you very much for helping us in our decision to enroll in the plan that best fits our needs!

The lunch invitation for two and MASA presentations was very interesting and useful information! And my husband and I was glad we became members!

Had a very nice group meeting with Toby Smith. The presentation was informative and not too long. We received a nice lunch and all of our questions were answered. We had made up our minds to attend, get information, return home and discuss what we learned, but honestly, we decided right then and there that we needed this service. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, but the value and peace of mind were there, so we did. The information packet arrived a few days after our contract was signed, just like they said, and we now feel very prepared for any emergency. I did call to change some of our information and the call went right through, very little waiting, and the person was very helpful and expeditious.

I have peace of mind knowing that I won’t have to worry about the expense of emergency ground or air transport. My wife Janet and I hope we never need this service but are relieved to know that we are covered in the event we do.

Adam did a great job explaining the product he was selling. It was a big investment for us, but felt is was a needful thing to have. Cost keep going up and this industry is so crazy being deregulated and charging what every they want to, I think it is great protection for my family.

It gives great comfort knowing that we are well taken care of. And that the people really care about us. The education/training that Greg Ward gave us was very informative and eye opening. Thank you Greg.

My questions were answered with reference to the policy documents. That allows me to see for myself.

Very easy-to-use

After a near death experience 2 years ago, it just makes sense for me and my wife.Actually the day after we joined my wife Tammy had a ministroke but I drove her to Advent hospital ER myself. Life is not certain or predictable.

I love my booties I got or ankle boots how ever you want to discribe them but I’ve not had one discomfort with them from day one. I work at a retail store and do a lot of walking. I wore them that first time and every time since. They are so comfortable they haven’t hurt my feet at all thank you for making such a comfortable shoe

Went to a presentation on Dec 1st as I received an invite, that I did not solicit, in the mail. I always keep an open mind so wanted to see what the product was all about. As a medical biller I found some of the information was not all factual. I indicated so Mr. Sarabia that I would take more time to research and as we were leaving he shook my hand and said I was not to come back for any other meetings. Found that very rude and unprofessional.
