What made my experience great was the speaker that shared all the information that I needed to know about this company made me feel comfortable and that I could trust this company with my life

The presentation was well thought out and enjoyable.

Terrible company. They do not have trustworthy employees and do not give accurate information.

My membership card and kit arrived in about 10 days after joining. There were followups via email and phone call..

Each MASA agent that I spoke with, was very courteous and seemed to be well-versed in explaining the benefits offered.

We are Lifetime members Plus of MASA. About six months after we became members, my wife was bucked off of a horse and had to be transported by ambulance to the Hospital. We had piece of mind knowing that if Medicare didn’t pay, MASA would. As it ended up, Medicare did pay. MASA did send us $200 to pay for travel expenses for our son. Given the Option of them giving me my money back or keeping my Membership, I would keep the Membership. One of the best decisions I have made. Also Andy Craig gave a great presentation showing us the advantages of a MASA Membership. Thanks Andy

I just got it and haven't used it. Mr. Mack was very informative, professional and personable. He did a wonderful job and kept to the hour he said it would take.

LaDawn explained the program very well. Answered all the questions and was very thorough.

The presenter for today's MASA presentation (Miss Lillian) was a dynamo on steroids! A very charming individual who knows how to get her point across in a meaningful and entertaining way.

The presenter, Michael Twitchell, was focused, relaxed and informative. He presented the benefits of the plans, was organized, friendly and easy-going. He clearly believes in what he is offering.

We liked the presenter, Mike Morton -he was concise and answered all questions from everyone. He did not pressure.

We attended the informational seminar. MASA covered many small details that took considerable planning to meet the needs of its members. For example, if your travel with your pet like many do and you are involved on a bad accident, MASA will transport your pet back home. If you travel to foreign countries, you are covered there also since MASA is an international company.

I love having the peace of mind MASA provides. Knowing that I'm covered, without having to drain my money and go into debt over medical transportation.

The presentation was great and questions were answered.

No experiences yet, just intruding to the company, Rick seems to be a great salesman, good communication skills.

I really liked having the presentation for a lunch time instead of a night time presentation. Also, it was nice to have it in our area so we didn’t have to drive very far.
