Had an excellent experience dealing with Charlie in particular but while he was on annual leave every staff member I dealt with was helpful.

Alice has been super helpful and kept us updated through every step of the process with the tenancy. Very professional and I would recommend using Manning Stainton :)

Alice has been handling our tenancy process and she has been very helpful and friendly at every stage of the process. Would definitely recommend.

Alice has been dealing with my tenancy and she has been wonderful, everything was dealt professionally and right on time. I must say I am bit overwhelmed with change in job and house, but Alice has been very much approachable and keen to answer all my queries.

We were shown around a property available to let in Halton by Janice Freeman. Janice was lovely, very welcoming and informative. Thank you 😊

Great staff full of respect, they might not be number one but their services are good. They don't rush their processes.

Went for a viewing and the agent was Janice. She was an absolute delight. Seriously made the viewing and the place much more enjoyable. She gave amazing tips and seemed to genuinely care. What an awesome lady. So far with the company have only good things to say.

Guided us through the process of preparing our property for letting to taking in tenants with good support and advice.

Alice Frielick made my move quick and easy. She provided regular updates and assisted with anything I needed, I would 100% recommend to anyone!

The process of moving is always complicated and stressful but Sam was great and very professional. He was always available when there was any changes or issues and communicated everything very clearly. Thank you.

Thanks Janice Freeman, was really informative about the property but also gave me the space to have a look at my own prerogative.

Janice freeman was a great tour guide, showed us the property and was extremely welcoming and friendly. She made the experience stress free and informed us about everything that we needed to know about the property such as the car parking space and etc all in all it was a great showing.

Met Janice to have a look at a property she was lovely and very helpful. She was really down to earth and made the viewing very comfortable very pleased.

My experience meeting Janice to talk about the property was lovely she was really helpful despite us not being able to get into the property because of a key issue at the office. Hopefully Janice will be there to show me around when I rearrange the viewing.

Just viewed a property in Leeds area and the estate agent, Janice freeman very informative and helpful, brilliant help, much ly appreciated

Janice Freeman is delightful and knows her stuff! It was a pleasure viewing the property with her. Many thanks

Janice freeman of manning station was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. She made us feel very comfortable and free to ask any questions. Really really appreciated her skill set. 5*

Sam Robinson and Megan Parker dealt with the re-letting of our property and the support they both provided was characterised by high standards of communication, responsiveness and professionalism. In addition, they were both a genuine pleasure to deal with. This was our first interaction with Sam and he proved to be an excellent communicator, with a real commitment to letting the property to suitable tenants at a rental rate which reflected recent significant refurbishment investment on our part. We've dealt with Megan for some time now and she continues to maintain the superb levels of service which we are used to.

Sam kept us informed at each stage of the process of what we needed to do and when this will happen. We have overall been happy with Sam.

Mannings let our bungalow in North Leeds recently, after a few false starts and over several months, but the changes were handled professionally and we were kept informed throughout. Our contact, Sam Robinson, was polite and easy to work with at all times. The company has managed the moving-in and utility transfer processes efficiently and will continue to manage the let for us.
