Shriya made it all seamless and made our transition to the new home easy and stress free. The agents are all good and amazing.

Shriya has been fantastic as have the rest of the Mannings team, I can’t rate her highly enough for her kind support and patience she quickly found me a tenant and has been in contact with me throughout the process, as a blind and disabled customer it is important to me to be shown this empathy as at times we’ve had to work around my hospital appointments

Alice Frielick dealt with the letting in a timely and efficient way.

Big thank you to Jan for the viewing today. No pressure to look around so I was able to take my time. Jan was very helpful and well informed about the property. Highly recommended!

As a landlord living in the US, I have to heavily rely on the letting agent to ensure a hassle-free process for me when it comes to renting out my property in the UK. Charlie has been excellent, efficient, and she communicated with me well when it was needed and she has handled the letting process for me without me hardly having to get involved. Excellent service as always.

We saw the property we were interested in and from start to finish it was dealt with quickly, efficiently and very professionally by Alice in the Moortown office.

Both Alice and Charlie have been very helpful in trying to help find us a property. They are both very courteous and friendly, and have taken the time to have a proper conversation to help us with our requirements. The customer service has been excellent so far.

Charlie has been really amazing in handling our tenancy. From the early stages of enquiry, viewing, referencing , right until we moved in and even thereafter just to check if we have settled in well. Charlie is highly professional, friendly, proactive and efficient and it has been a great experience working with them through this house move. I would highly recommend Manning Stainton and Charlie if you are looking to rent in Leeds.
