MainPay is a UK umbrella employer. We employ temporary workers placed by recruitment agencies, and have employed more than 38,000 to date. Payroll runs daily. Workers are paid as timesheets clear, not held to any specific pay day. Our payroll system is built and maintained in-house, so it changes when the rules change. For agencies: through our JSL Dashboard, agencies can review payroll data, RTI submissions and HMRC evidence for every pay period. Independent verification through VeriPAYE compares payslip data, payroll records, RTI submissions and pension contributions. For workers: you have the same rights to statutory payments as any other employee, including sick, maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental pay.
