Required some help installing apps: awesome fast service each time - good stuff. (Applies to Australian based-servers and support)

Tried this service to begin learning Mac OS. Service was advertised as $1 per hour pay as you go. Turned out you had to pay $30 for for 30 hours with automated billing.

Getting it setup was a little bit awkward, and the login process was not smooth for each session. The service is extremely slow unless you choose the low graphics setting, which makes it somewhat usable.

The service charges you for as long as you are "logged in" to a session- if you close the window for the remote session, you can still be logged in. I found this out by checking the slow to update section that tracks your usage on your account. After approximately 5 hours of actually using the service, I found out I was going to be billed for using it for 30+ hours, and that I would automatically be billed for another $30 of usage time.

Not very impressed- it's usable, but the overall experience is disjointed, unpolished and it was not made obvious that I needed to manually log out of the service to stop my usage, instead of just closing the window I was using. I'm frustrated I'll most likely be paying $60 for about 5 hours of usage time, with 1 of those hours spent figuring out how to make the service not be prohibitively slow (2-3 seconds before responding to a mouse click).

Too slow and bug at any time

Not very reliable and support is terrible. We need to do work on the server today and it's unavailable due to maintenance. No warning, no way of checking status of macincloud and support is slow to non existent. Will be looking at alternatives sadly.

Slowest ever. Both the speed of the Mac and customer service... After fighting with them and searching for a decent cloud Mac service, we ended up switching to xcodeclub.com and are very happy with them. Hope this saves you time and frustration.

Their service did not help me. I found the access very slow and difficult to work.

Now I'm trying to cancel, but imagine the difficulty ...

At first they said they will refund the money according to what we use, but since yesterday I have been trying to cancel and get the money back.

But it is too difficult.

The speed is far better than I expected. Also, I needed software installed on multiple occasions, so I emailed support and they had it installed within 20 minutes both times.

Highly recommended.

Bad service. Server randomly unreachable. No reason is given for the downtime. Customer support borderline non existent. Avoid this service if you need a mac that is consistently reachable .

Just don't go for their service.It's pathetic.

The machine was ready to use, loaded with all required tools up to date. The support was prompt and positive.

We needed to quickly test our remote support software on Mac's new Catalina (10.15) OS. We were able to get our dedicated server setup and running in minutes. It was faster than building our own internal VM, and cheaper as well. I am certain we will be using their service again in the future for additional testing of our applications.
