Order arrived on time despite very happy with the product and the service.

Very comparative prices an huge range of products. My item was delayed and received 6 months extra warranty. Happy Customer.

Bought a case for my iPad Mini that appeared to be a genuine Apple case from the pictures. It took a week to arrive (despite the company charging £10 for DPD Next Day and then shipping via Evri), and now it's here it's a cheap knock-off case that looks nothing like what I ordered. No response from the company yet, but disappointed to say the least.

Don't waste your time and money on that scam. After 6 working days after making an order, I contacted them several times - email - unresponsive, phone - unresponsive I called 10 times, online chat - they replied that my order was going to be sent out 4 days later after 6 working days they said they would dispatch, contacted them on the day and got a response that it's still under processing and will be dispatched between 2-3 days!! JOKE! Don't bother buying from them, they were already reported as fraud to my bank.

Awful company.
I ordered an Apple keyboard last Monday and after chasing them consistently I was informed that the item would be dispatched on Friday and I would receive tracking info.
Nothing has come from this firm and no tracking details.
I am sure this is a scam
I have reported them to clearpay and to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.

Long delivery (around 2 weeks), but item arrived in good condition, with charging leads and ear buds. Satisfied with the product - good value for money.

Mac4Sale is outright refusing to return my money.

They didn't have the product and had to cancel my order on November 20th. Since then, it's been a daily barrage of lies, with promises of deadlines that they repeatedly fail to meet.

They assured me a refund to my credit card by December 7th, but all I've received since then are more lies.

I just want the damn refund on my credit card. I've had enough of their deceitful tactics.

They're attempting to pocket money for a product they never had the decency to deliver.

Save yourselves the trouble and steer clear of this store—they're nothing but crooks.

This company was recommended to me so I felt confident I would have a good experience. Following my on line order on 3/11/23 I emailed Mac4sale to ask if they would start the guarantee on my refurb machine from Xmas day rather than the purchase date, 3/11/23. I received an immediate reply stating they would be happy to do this, acknowledging this was a Xmas gift. Every communication I had was taken seriously and respectfully by Mac4sale. Although I had to wait just over 3 weeks for my order I was thanked for my patience and I believe the company did everything they could to get my order completed as soon as possible. I would recommend Mac4sale to others and am impressed with the way they have conducted themselves.

Despite the prompt postage claims on mac4sale website, my laptop was not posted until I started to flex my consumer rights. They would reply to my emails, but not actually post the item. When it finally arrived the laptop looked good, but was on, with the wheel of doom still spinning. Fingers crossed it works 😬

Great communication and a real sense that they want to give the best products and service to their customers.

I ordered 2 products from this company. They had a next day delivery but a processing time of 4 days. It took over 3 weeks from placing the order to actually receiving the products. I actually thought I had been scammed, made worse by the fact that they had the worst communication of any company I've used. I sent several emails and made several phone calls. All of which were unanswered. The end result was we contacting the financial ombudsman to question the validity of the order and the company itself. The positive is that I finally received the products. The negative is that I no longer need them as I had to purchase them elsewhere as I needed them for a birthday. Your communication as a company is terrible.

Awful company. iPad broke within a few months. Sent it back under guarantee to be told that it was tampered with and cost £300 to fix. Then had to fight to get it back. Gone to another company to get it fixed now and we can’t because it has been locked in the mac4sale login. The good news is that we can use this in small claims court to get a full refund. We tried to call the tech desk but there is no one on it you can only speak to someone in the shop who just repeats the same stuff. Please avoid otherwise you will lose alot of money.

I ordered an iPad keyboard from Mac4sale. The keyboard was delivered within 2 weeks and was in excellent condition and works well. The company didn’t reply to my email enquiry about the status of my order or answer their phone when I called but the item was delivered a few days later so I was satisfied with the overall experience.

Complete scam!!
Ordered a macbook, never got delievered, asked for a refund, been given a complete run around!!
No other option than to go to small claims court as they are not willing to refund me!!

Good quality, arrived on time, work great - superb service.

Ordered a mac, delivery took well over a month even with constant communication. I even tried to cancel the order at the 4 week mark but they ignored me and sent it anyway. Once it had arrived it was locked to another users apple ID, returned well over a month ago now and still waiting for the refund.

I ordered a laptop and decided I didn't want it. I had a few initial communication issues with Mac4Sale with them not refunding on the day they said they would, but in the end, they did refund me about a week after I asked them to. They were always courteous.

Thank you to customer care Alaina, Amanda, Sarah and others for trying to get my laptop resolved. There are always problems and it is how a company deals with them that makes the difference.

I am still looking forward to getting my laptop which will be soon I hope...
