I won't lie, I ordered via clearpay, a Macbook Pro 2020 for £690 which is a great price. Then I saw the reviews and I was extremely nervous. I ordered 4 Business Days ago and it arrived today and I am genuinely over the moon. I wasn't able to get through on the phone which added to my panic, but I was able to reach them on Chat, where the tracking details were shared with me. The Macbook is in excellent condition and I am very happy to report all was great with my order.

the employee conversation with me telling to cancel the order after 45 days refund will take 30days its a very painful process .will advice don't spoil your money and time with these company

As previous reviewers have said this is a scam. Do not buy from this company. I ordered ipods for my special needs children who love listening to music. Nothing has been dispatched and when I emailed to request the order be cancelled and for a refund it there is no response. The phone number doesn't work either. I am a single parent on a low income and it makes me so angry these people steal from those who have the least. I don't know how they sleep at night. I have reported them to Trading Standards and hope karma gets them eventually.

SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!! Ordered a macbook 2 months+ ago and still battling to get a refund. They emailed updated repeating the same thing every week it will be posted Thursday for 24hr tracked delivery. Then said they upgraded the macbook to more memory for me as compensation due to the wait. Opened a dispute with CLEAR PAY and they sent a tracking number Royal Mail to close it. HAHA they sent it to make it seem like they done something SCAMMERS… weeks later Royal Mail are still waiting for the item from them. Absolute joke! Found this company on CLEAR PAY! CLEAR PAY CLEARLY DO NOT DO DUE DILIGENCE ON THEIR SUPPLIERS!

Bought MacBook Air 2020 price was bargain and the quality was good as new, was delivered on time as anticipated.

Sent my Airpods for repair after comparing cost from two local mobile repair shops.
Mac4sale quote was cheaper and total turnaround was aprox 1 week.
The only negative point was they wasn't available at off hours.

Sold my used 2018 Mac mini to Mac4sale they provided free pickup and paid after testing my Mac exactly what they quoted. It was far better than selling it to my local computer shop.

Never use this company or SafePCDirect. They are both linked and do not have the goods that you order in stock and try to sell you other items instead.
When you request a refund, they just lead you on in every conversation over email or phone. 3 months later, still no refund.
Ignore their own refund policy, even they don't know how to abide by it.
