My experience of Lyons Davidson is that all stages of the claim I was kept fully informed by letter, phone and e mail where appropriate. The claim has been settled to my satisfaction. I must commend them for the prompt action taken in dealing with the claim, and would not hesitate to use them again.

My experience with Lyons Davidson's didn't have the best start, every time I made contact I got a different person and the details I gave didn't seem to be recorded properly.
Once I was assigned to Hannah Baur as my case worker things started to move at a better pace, progress did stagnate for a period of time and I requested a senior partner review my case , this was carried out and I was assured that everything was on
track but that the other parties Solicitors were dragging their heels.
After this request, I received what can only be described as an excellent service, Hannah has been in regular contact and was always willing to explain or discuss anything that came up in any correspondence.

From that point onwards Hannah Baur as a trainee and young lady blossomed and grew in confidence and knowledge to carry my case forward to what can only be described as a satisfactory outcome from my point of view.
The settlement payment was carried out without a hitch and funds transferred across to me as and when Hannah had informed me they would be.

Lyons Davidson represented me after I was rear ended at a roundabout, Daniel Trail was the solicitor assigned to my case and straight away he had an easy going way of relaxing you and guiding you through what will happen during the stages of the case and what to expect, he kept me updated and I always knew what was going on with my case.
On the day of the court case he was both incredibly professional yet highly supportive of his nervous client and again briefed me on how to address the judge and what to expect during the case.
Even though I was nervous, Daniel still seemed to be rock solid in his confidence and that gave me hope.
In the end the judge found in my favour and I believe this was solely down to Daniel's hard work on the case.

We had someone crash into us back in May 2023, with them being at fault. We were assigned Caroline who was amazing.
