I’m really happy with the service I received from Jack at the Ayr office. He helped me with my injury claim and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Jack was professional, approachable, and always took the time to explain things clearly, which made a big difference. I felt supported throughout, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with a claim.

So I had an accident at work (fell down an unlocked manhole). Dealt with Jasmine who was amazing from start to finish made everything so easy. It took roughly 7 months to get my payment and this was only due to the insurance company taking its time to pay,
I would highly recommend and would use again (hopefully I don’t have to)

Due to an accident at work, l required legal representation. I chose Digby Brown based on reputation & recommendation by a friend. I met DB’s Kate Bruce approximately 17 months ago who has been outstanding & Professional from the outset. Due to my work l can be hard to contact by phone at times. Kate ensured l was contacted by email, text, letter and kept informed throughout the process.

It does matter to Digby Brown unless its a quick win
I used this company when I was unable to work because of an accident at work. I fractured my ankle after slipping on a spillage which wasn't cleaned or warned about. The solicitors involved allowed the company to cover it up even though there was a paper trail and medical evidence. I was eventually sacked after 3 weeks as it was deemed to be My Fault and Digby Brown dropped the case after being told there was no record of the incident even though by law the company had to document first aid treatment, incident reports and the final written warning and termination of employment.

Please rest assured that we never take the decision to close a case lightly and we will do everything we can to succeed. We have reviewed your file and although we cannot go into specifics on a public forum, we can say that there must be sufficient evidence to prove an employer is at fault for causing an accident and subsequent injuries, and sadly without this evidence we cannot continue to take a case forward.

Never having used a personal injury solicitor company before, I was slightly apprehensive of what lay ahead. My worries were unfounded.
