I had a very good experience with Lyons Davidson, especially with my solicitor Amayi. From the beginning to the end of the family court case, she was patient, supportive, and very friendly. She always accepted my opinions, listened carefully, and used her own experience to guide me.

All the emails, calls, and conferences I received were very clear, helpful, and always on time. Even when Amayi was away for a short time, her colleagues supported me straight away, so I never felt any gap or delay. The communication within the team was strong, and I always felt well looked after.

The proceedings lasted around seven months, but throughout the whole journey I felt supported and guided. In the end, everything was fruitful, and I got the positive result I was hoping for.

The start of the process wasn’t my best experience with the company. Since David Bushell took the helm, ( with a little help from James Chapman ) it has been a totally professional process with a positive outcome.

David Ollivere, my Solicitor, was very professional. He explained my situation legally and the options open to me very clearly and often using other case examples which really helped make the point he was wanting to demonstrate. Communication was excellent, responsive and clear. Initially by Andy Vraitch, then taken over by Adam Sedgwick, the matter (a road traffic accident) was handled professionally and carefully, leading to a judgement 100% in our favour. The case took well over a year to resolve, but this was entirely due to the court system and was no reflection on Andy or Adam's handling of the matter. I am entirely satisfied with the service received.

Not a good experience at all, took nearly 4 years (yes that's 4 years) to settle a clear proven case of vet negligence. Poor communication right the way through, used unqualified staff, often working 3 day week, or half days. No responsiveness or urgency, nearly cost me the case, case could have been settled in 18 months. Would not recommend to any client in my situation.

Hi, I found the services that Lyons Davidson's provided were excellent especially by my case handler, he was very professional and his guidance and advice helped me received a satisfactory outcome following my accident, their systems were very user friendly.

The accident happened in 2022. Whilst I understand these things take time to resolve it is only when Sian took over that movement appeared to progress. Those before hand were poor. Communication was practically non existent, verbally and electronically.
Sian worked hard to bring the case to a conclusion and I was kept informed at all stages. My daughter is also dealing with your firm and her experience is appalling. No one replies to her questions.
