Had a terrible experience with them
Had a terrible experience with them. Was then asked to contact them. Did so. Was offered an apology and £10 towards my next ride. They acknowledged me at first then when I wanted to use it they completely ignored me. I sent several emails. Absolutely disgusting way to treat paying customers. I won’t be a customer again though. UBER all the way.
Very poor customer experience
Pre booked a taxi to take me to the station - pick up at 2.00 pm for a 2.30 pm train. At 2 the taxi was on the way but 15 minutes away (15 min journey to get to station) - rang up and was told they had one closer. Nothing changed in the app - same driver and reg. at 2.10 I phoned again car now 6 minutes away. In the end I cancelled the taxi and drove to Crewe to catch the London train I was supposed to be connecting with. Won’t be using them again
Overcharging
Quoted £22 to take my daughter to the airport so all good.
My daughter had forgotten something so she came back after being 5 mins into a 20 trip. We gave her some extra money as we realised there may be a small charge for this inconvenience.
Once we spoke to our daughter she told us he charged her an extra £20 for this which we thought we excessive.
I do think the driver saw us give our daughter the extra £20 and decided he would charged her that….so £42 total it cost us 🤬
Have emailed and rang Lynx to complain but they keep ignoring me.
Dodgy lot, won’t use them again….avoid

Ordered a taxi came late £5-20 on the meter at the pickup when I questioned the driver said its a Ramadan price surge 30%?
This was never mentioned when I originally booked

Ruined my mums birthday
This could be single handedly the worst customer service experience I have had. My mums 65th birthday, booked the taxi ONE MONTH in advance. Gets to the day of the expected journey and they say they’re “busier than usual” but a top priority. It got to the point they were so unarsed and unattentive to our grievances we ended up losing the table for her birthday and had to eat in.
Please never use this awful service I pray they go into liquidation
Manchester airport Meet and Greet service does not exist, unless
Despite a very CLEAR inference of providing a Meet and Greet service for arrivals at Manchester Airport T2, for onwards travel to anywhere. My attempts to pre book and pay for such a service was thwarted by a very polite young lady on the phone ( not her fault ), saying ( after checking with her boss? ) they only provide this service for ACCOUNT customers. They must be in a very profitable situation if they can turn down business in this fashion? Had I however, bothered to check Trustpilot in the first instance, I would not even have called them, if these reviews are to go by. Very sad indeed. My time was genuinely wasted by this exercise, so the only consolation I can purposefully provide and resolve these instances, is to provide the info to trading standards and let them deal with it. I'm not angered. I'm just very disappointed that I have been misled and let down by an amatuer outfit.

Wouldn’t recommend Lynx Taxi Service at all. We booked a minibus a week in advance for a school team trip to a sports competition and received full confirmation with no issues. On the day, they called 10 minutes before pickup to say there was no minibus available and it would be late. Then it was delayed again due to a “payment issue with a previous customer.” We ended up leaving 30 minutes late, were dropped at the wrong gate, and the driver couldn’t even find us for pickup on the way back. Customer service was awful and the whole experience was completely unprofessional. Disgusting service – will never use again.
Taxi didn’t show up
Wouldn’t recommend. Booked a taxi, it didn’t show up, rang them up and they said they had no taxis in the area even after I’d booked hours in advance with addresses. Poor customer service.
Booked a 5 cab
Booked a 5 cab, 10 mins later they rang and said needed to be 2 cab. Accepted. Never showed. Avoid in my experience
App stated £18 but driver charged me £21.90
i have been using lynx for years but last night i used the app for the first time. the app quoted £18 but when i got there the clock said £21.90 and that was what he charged me even though i told him the app said £18. won't be using them again

Taxi driver registration LX18 CZR White Toyota, collected my daughter for work this morning. He was abusive and aggressive while driving, shouting idiots to other drivers. It actually scared her being with him in the car by herself. Not happy is an understatement. Avoid this driver at all costs.

When it says 'fixed fee £24 ' and you arrive at your destination to be told it nearly £29 and that you cant pay by card and need to bank transfer it to the driver...its all very dodgy and far from what was agreed and expected!!!

The driver was delayed for over 20min to arrive even though it was booked several hours in advance. I could not cancel the booking or speak with anyone as my phone was linked to my booking and therefore, my calls were directed to recordings to say how far the driver was to arrive. At arrival, the driver did not apologise but behaved as nothing was wrong. Avoid this taxis, it's a trap. You will just get stressed and eventually, you might need to call for another taxi and might not get your money reimbursed from lynx taxis booking.
Booked by phone a week in advance and…
Booked by phone a week in advance and got a very reasonable price for the fare. Got a confirmation text for the booking. Received text to say driver was on his way 5 minutes before. Text to say the model of car which arrived on time. Will definitely use Lynx again.
