I have never tried lycafly but i sure going to from now on.. Suraj you champ.. He must be the most patient and most Experienced person in your team.. When i first recieved the call i thought it was going to be a sales pitch but he just made my night.. I feel peaceful because Suraj made me feel that way.. I have previously booked a flight but never have i recieved such good customer service.. He is going to be a star in your company.. He was very professional.. Thank you for this suraj

Truly Impressive Service by Girish Madan – A 5-Star Experience!

Initially, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. Despite calling the provided number multiple times, my calls kept getting misrouted between Lyca Mobile and Lyca Fly, and I couldn’t reach the right team to resolve a critical schedule change. I was so frustrated that I had made up my mind to stop using LycaFly altogether.

But everything changed when I received a call from Mr. Girish Madan. In less than a minute after I sent my email, he personally called me and resolved the issue with clarity, care, and professionalism. Girish not only listened carefully to my concerns but also provided a clear and timely solution. He stood out as an exceptional example of how customer service should be. I sincerely appreciate his help and professionalism.

His calm demeanor, attentive listening, and quick action completely turned things around. Because of Girish Madan’s exceptional service, I decided to remain a LycaFly customer. He truly made me feel heard and valued.

Lounge refused

You need to let people know that due to your pricing policy that you do not get entry to the lounge. It is very embarrassing standing there in front of other passengers and getting told that you do not qualify to go in.

I booked a ticket through Lycafly with…

I booked a ticket through Lycafly with only my first name. Later, they charged me ₹250 extra for the name issue. My original flight had a 1 hour 35 minute layover in Istanbul, but after the extra payment, they changed it to an 18-hour layover.

Their service was terrible, and the sales agent Sandeep Bhattia was rude and unprofessional.

I don’t recommend Lycafly at all. Stay away to avoid hidden charges and poor customer service

My Lyca Fly/Air India flight was cancelled, and they rebooked me on a flight with a 24-hour layover. No real help or support from either company – just left to deal with it myself. Poor service and zero accountability. Never booking with them again.
