Patrick was the agent who helped me as I had 2 days of problems with my bank declining my payment and Patrick was extremely helpful by reassuring me that it was fine and that he would keep the price I was quoted for the entire time I had the issues with my bank. He also helped me afterwards with other questions that I had. It really restored my faith in customer service! Thank you Patrick.

Personally I would not use this company…
Personally I would not use this company again. I bought around trip Buisness class flight from Manchester to Bangkok. Then my return flight was Cancelled by the airline with no return flight just simply CANCELLED!! I tried to email sky wings numerous times with no answer. I was stranded in Thailand. Then when I did get contact over telephone there charged me £3880 for a return flight home. To top it all off my cancelled flight refund is £640 when I paid £2216

After investigating your case, I can confirm the following. Your return flight was cancelled by the airline due to airspace closures in the Middle East. Unfortunately, alternative carriers increased their fares significantly due to high demand, which affected the entire travel industry.
Please note that these price increases are determined solely by the airlines, and we do not have any control over them.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused, as this situation was beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

booking experience really good no problems, my flight to dubai was cancelled and if id book direct with emirates would have received the full refund. Due to this i found being charged £75 admin fee for each ticket which i find is a large amount per ticket for something which was beyond my control. i would book direct with airline in future
