Not very professional
Confirmed the booking. Then asking for the verification process was a bit confusing and very inconvenient. Asking for a cooy of my passport and pic of credit card which I used to make the payment. They should have asked for these details prior to booking. I am not happy with giving my passport cooy to third parties.

Worst service
Worst service, does not allow cancellation of booking 6 months in advance. Even though terms and conditions says that cancellation charge is 30%, lycafly deducts 70% for cancellation. Charges for date change was about £400 pp.

Before buy ticket shows one details after payment made they giving long wait for transit at the airport if asked to change to convenient travel they asking additional fare. It’s doggies.
