Costume meraviglioso e sta molto bene indossato. Darei 5 stelle se non fosse che, dopo aver pagato 7€ di spese di spedizione al momento dell’ordine, il corriere al momento della consegna me ne ha chiesto altri 7 “per la dogana”. Sarebbe più elegante se mi avessero fatto pagare subito 14€ e si fossero occupati loro dei costi di dogana. Comunque il costume è proprio bello.

I orden the bikini on November 7, I never received it and they resent it and I still haven't received it.
The holidays have passed and the terrible service still hasn't arrived. of shipping

Need to exchange two items and I’m getting no responses to basic questions. Went through the online exchange process successfully, but no mention of where I need to send the exchange?! Multiple emails and chat requests go unanswered….

Very quick delivery and the bikini is amazing

No one told me that I had to pay 27€ for dogana, I was forced to pay it in order to get my packet from the postman when it arrived at my house. Terrible surprise.

It never got to me. I never got my swimsuit

I love my suit and look forward to wearing it very soon and will be happy to send another review as I move through that experience. It arrived swiftly in the mail and communication is/was clear.

The swimmers not only look great but are a great fit as well.
Good quality stitching and fabric.
Considering getting another pair as they are all so gorgeous!

I got only the superior part, there was not pantys, only bra.

The bikini I purchased was amazing, and the fit was good. I would say they are very slightly overpriced, but I have still given them 5 stars because it was still lovely, and my experience with their customer services was second to none, speedy, polite and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

The bikini didn’t arrive when it was supposed to, but many weeks later. The refund arrived really late too (about 2 months later).
The bikini didn’t fit well, and it was different than in the website pictures.

El bikini es bonito, y de calidad. Pero mi 2/5 viene por:
- He pagado 37 euros de aduana (casi el 40% del precio del bikini). Entiendo que esto no es culpa de la marca, pero desde luego que podrían hacer un mayor esfuerzo en la web por ser más transparentes y facilitar unos costes aproximados. Una cosa es decir que hay potenciales costes aduaneros (ok) y otra “esconder” que esos costes te pueden costar la mitad de la compra.
- El tema de las tallas lo deberían mirar. Tengo una 36 de pantalón y mirando las tallas cogí una M. Me queda justita. Obviamente no lo he cambiado porque no quiero volver a pagar los costes de aduana, pero me parece que la marca directamente no tiene opciones para gente con tallas más allá de la 38-40.
Creo que no volveré a comprar nunca más.

This is a scam!
They do not tell you that you will have to pay about 50% on top of the product price and shipping in customs duties and VAT when ordering from mainland Europe. They make the return policy so difficult that you have no other choice than paying the +50%

The product was okay, quality was not bad but not too good, looks the same. The main concern is that it took over a month to ship.

Love these bikinis, look amazing!
