Extremely upset! DON’T ORDER HERE
I initially ordered a bikini JULY 18th. Emailed them immediately to cancel the order. Unfortunately that was not possible which I understood.
Since I live in the Netherlands I refused customs so the package could be sent back to them without there being any extra return costs.
Fast forward to AUGUST 18th package was finally sent back and reached them.
I began a dispute with my back for the payment side i waited a whole month and had 0 updates.
The bank contacted luxsea and luxsea said the package has been delivered to my address, which never happened!!! I have proof of the package being sent back to the uk and delivered to luxsea and never crossing the dutch border.
When I email them they claim they can’t do anything and I need to take it up with my bank but my bank can’t do anything since they’ve provided false information.
Now SEPTEMBER 7th I need to pay for an order I don’t have and they do.

I am so happy with my purchase
I am so happy with my purchase. They have a really wide selection of crochet bikinis and the colours are even more beautiful in person. Was a little worried about sizing but the top fits perfectly and I'm exchanging the size small bottoms for a medium which has been quick and easy to do

Stylish, Comfortable, and Worth It

Zu klein, kostenpflichtiger Umtausch, Versanddienstleister 100 km entfernt
Der Bikini war zu klein, obwohl ich für die europäischen Standardgrößen die richtigen Größen gewählt hatte. Ich wollte ihn umtauschen (nicht zurückgeben!), aber der Rückversand nach GB kostet per FedEx dennoch 15 Britische Pfund, und der nächste FedEx-Standort zur Abgabe ist über 100 km entfernt. Das ist einfach nur absoluter Mist, in Deutschland könnte man so nicht mit Kunden umgehen...

Top didn’t fit and bottoms fit so bad
Top didn’t fit and bottoms fit so bad, very unflattering, there were strands coming off everywhere so they were bad quality, went to return it and out of the $155 that I payed for it I got $80 back I don’t understand how the fees lead up to one losing $70. Don’t buy with the idea that if it doesn’t fit you can return it, you will lose so much money.

Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your purchase. Due to the handmade nature of our products there will be a couple of loose strands which is the nature of these items but there should not be that many to be significant. Our customer service team are always happy to offer a replacement item once photos are provided of the items received if you are not satisfied.
Regarding your return we only charge for the UPS label from the US which is $22, I am not sure how it added up to this much, but we are always on hand to assist with returns via email. You may return it back to us at your local post office also for a lower cost. We offer our own prepaid service, but you may also arrange your own return if you prefer.

Several threads were already loose when I recieved the bikini. I had barely touched it before noticing the issue.

I am really sorry for this. This is incredibly rare for this to happen. If a shipment is ever sent to a wrong address or an incorrect item received, we would always send out a replacement at no extra cost. I have looked at your order and I see that we did do this.

It started to worn out
After just a few uses it already started to get worn out!
I am so disappointed!
It is an expansive swimsuit but the quality is unacceptably poor! I and I am very sad cause before seeing that wear I bought another one.
I would like total refund.

I am very sorry to hear this, this is highly unusual. We have reached out to you via email to ask you to supply us with a photo so we can see the issue and we will gladly send you out a replacement but we have not heard back from you.
If you could please contact us we can arrange for a new item to be sent out to you. These bikinis are all handmade and tested vigorously so it certainly shouldn't be getting worn out. Our customer service team are on hand to assist further.

Not worth it.
The bikinis are nice, but it took a very long time for them to get here. I didn’t realize they came from the UK. I needed to exchange a size and they do not pay for shipping so basically the bikinis is almost costing me double because I had to pay almost $30 to ship it back and have the correct size sent, so you’re better off buying something local that is just as nice because it doesn’t make any sense to pay so much for a simple exchange. 😳😩

Sorry to hear this. The cost to return items back to us from the US via our online returns platform is $22. You can alternatively ship the items back to us at your local post office for a lower cost. Although we don't cover the cost to return items back to us, we do send out the new item at no extra cost :)

The bottom sizes are not realistic and delivery and return policy is frustrating
The bottom sizes are not realistic, I usually always wear xS /s but s is too small. Very annoying considering the high delivery costs and especially its ridiculous to pay 15 pounds for the return label. Even trying to make money with it. Definitely won’t recommend to orde at luxsea. Terrible customer experience!!

Thanks for your comments. We do state on our product pages that the bottoms do come up on the small side so we recommend ordering up a size if you are in between sizes.
We only charge customers the same price we are charged for the returns label. It is £15 from Europe with UPS for an express service to the UK. You can return items back to us at your local post office for a cheaper cost though however if you so wish.
We are always on hand to offer help if you experience any issues.
