2 out of 3 times it operated as advertised. The one time that it didn't was easily remedied by management. So when more security is better than less one has to deal with technology one way or another. Why it didn't recognize the QR code or the multitude of digits, who knows. As long as that is the exception life is good 😄 😊.

I got my order delivered safely and as soon as it was dropped I received a notification with the correct code to use when retrieving. It leaves no room to packages getting lost .It is very convenient and fancy too.

My packages arrived
My packages arrived, but the locker door wouldn’t open. When tried again, the system said it had already been opened and wouldn’t let me reopen it, even though my package was still inside. I contacted support, and Anna May quickly resolved the issue by reactivating my access code. I was then able to open the locker and collect my package. Worse than porch pirates. Requires you to input your payment information so they can charge you $5 per day if you take more than a few days to grab a package. Charge without any notice and its not even an option to opt out of their services if you live somewhere that uses this service.

We tried working with Luxer to figure out why we don't get notifications. They stopped answering us. So I have to go look for an email notification every day. Luxer is useless and a waste of time. Don't bother downloading the app or reaching out to customer service.
