Received glasses today. Thought I had purchased glasses that phased for sun, but they are varifocal sunglasses. My mistake but.... absolutely perfect fit, struggled with varifocals, these are perfect. Sent a fresh order for clear this time. Awaiting with anticipation. Reviewing against Specsavers versions. Lowcostglasses far superior in design and vision. Price excellent, order fairly easy although second order had to reset password to access my script. Delivery was longer than expected but arrived well packed. For second order paid for quicker delivery. Overall super. Btw messaged customer service who responded quickly. Well worth trying. Out of ten. Have to say ten

Personal replies to queries. Helpful choice of frames in a range of colours and materials. Chosen frames great fit. Email updates.
Value for money. Would recommend.
Especially with fast service postal delivery.

Very very slow delivery, when I chased with customer services I was told they were dispatched but took over another week. Glasses themselves are fine

I am so pleased with my glasses, they fit well and cost literally a fraction of what I usually have to pay. I think that because of the low price I felt quite anxious about the process, thinking that I must have done something wrong for the costs to be so low and the process to have been so easy. Due to that I emailed the company several times and each time I received a prompt and courteous reply. In all it took 2 weeks for my glasses to arrive but this included 2 bank holidays plus they are varifocal and reactive lenses.

Sent them copy of my new prescription, ordered with reactive photochromic but they got me a wrong prescription, confirmed by my optician. I can see better without glasses!! But they refused to replace it. Never more!

I have been waiting for weeks for glasses. I ordered these as a spare pair. I ordered a better pair from Specsavers at the same time and thankfully got these within a week. I’ve emailed twice but if you’re in need of glasses urgently don’t order from here, it’s a ridiculous long wait. I will try another “UK” company from now on

They only ggot one star as that was the only way i could add my complaint, the company took my money for a pair of reading and a pair of distance glasses, when i asked where they were, they replied telling me they had made 2 pairs of distance glasses and would i accept them, i replied with no, i wanted a full refund, and they ignored it and asked again, They are none contact company other than emails which they ignore, go elswhere, save the aggrivation.

Ordered a pair of distance glasses, ordering was so easy, I did put the wrong postcode in on the delivery address which was corrected by customer service, but unfortunately it was still incorrect so there was issues with the delivery, but I eventually received my glasses, customer service always replied when I emailed, and the glasses are perfect and make a massive difference just what I needed, I’ve ordered a second pair and put the correct postcode so no issues with delivery next time.

Delivery was a bit delayed, possibly due to situation worldwide. Otherwise, response to enquiries was a bit delayed but accurate.
The quality of frames and glasses is impressive. Will order again in future.

Delivery took a month. When I queried I was told they are made in the far east and, at that point the Iran war had started to cause disruption. I had ordered well before the conflict and had no idea they would be coming from the far east.

I will say customer services did respond to my email very quickly.

The glasses have now arrived and I would say the quality is very poor. They are undamaged but feel incredibly flimsy. Nothing like glasses I’ve had in the past from this company. I won’t be ordering again.

Still waiting for my glasses after 14 working days... reply from the customer service is vague at best. Is this a UK company? 2nd class post would be quicker... reading the other reviews makes me doubt I will even get them... I'll update if and when I do.

My glasses never materialised. I sent an email after 2 weeks and was told they were about to be dispatched..still waiting and haven't answered my email asking why they still haven't been dispatched. Thankfully I paid with credit card and their fraud team hopefully will have better luck getting a response from them. UPDATE: They saw my review and finally replied to me and had the audacity to say the "war" had caused the delays..my glasses were meant to be sent two weeks ago.. before the US first strike on Iran..also they're supposed to be a UK business. I was also told they sent several emails and they all bounced back, but strangely the one claiming the "war" was at fault got through. To use a situation such as war where people are dying is lower than a snakes belly..shameful

I was nervous ordering varifocals online, but these turned out brilliant. The transition is smooth and I didn’t get headaches like I have before. The frame is comfortable and doesn’t pinch behind the ears. I also liked that they double-checked my details. Very impressed for the money.

Triple the time the website says they will get delivered to you. Don’t expect them to reply to ANY of your emails! And if you want your prescriptions the wrong way round and no correspondence from them, then buy from here.

I uploaded what I thought were the correct prescriptions for my Mom, but they were wrong, someone from the team contacted me to inform me of the error. I then asked that the order be cancelled and Mom will do a new test, and I'll order another time. This was confirmed, and a refund was promised.

To my shock, they produced the glasses, knowing the prescription was wrong, and sent them anyway. What a terrible company without care. I was informed that the glasses would impair vision and might cause damage, but they expect me to keep them anyway, since I won't get a refund.

Waste of money and time, stay away from this terrible company.

II had a very disappointing experience with Low Cost Glasses. Communication was poor from the beginning. I was asked to send pictures of the glasses, which I did, yet they later claimed otherwise. I requested a return label multiple times, but it was never provided. I was also informed by email that I would receive a refund, but even after waiting 13 days, no refund was issued. After that, they continued to lie, claiming that clear glasses were sent, then saying they would send a new clip, and later stating that no refund was ever promised. I have all the evidence to support my claims. This entire process wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The glasses I received were nowhere near my prescription, not even close.

Bad glasses, poor quality, weak, and incorrect lenses (make me feel sick when wearing although correction prescription was submitted). Wanted to get these as cheap temporary/backup glasses until I get my main ones sorted but can't stomach wearing them for more than 5 mins. Also case they came in is filthy for some reason.

Great glasses and price very cheap.

Have used this company before with good service. However my latest order was not accurate and therefore the glasses were useless-received a very slow and poor response so they need to improve on their customer service if they want loyal customers as I will not use them again after their poor response. So will now look for another company to order theses glasses and hopefully find somewhere to recycle the pair they sent me.
