I emailed 30 minutes after ordering to cancel, however received a response a day later to say this had already been shipped so couldn’t be cancelled. I would have to return it, losing the postage payment. Only over 2 weeks later did I receive the item.
Returns policy states you can only receive a store credit for the returned item, not the postage, and must pay for packaging and insured postage yourself to return the item. Unsurprisingly it would cost more to go through that process than it is worth to receive their store credit.
The website uses clever marketing, however the item itself is of cheap quality and marked up over 4x compared to prices you can see on Aliexpress for the same product.

A total scam. Wonderful marketing on Instagram. No delivery. Can’t even comment on the quality of the hair clippers, but, judging from other reviews, if they ever arrive ( it has a been @ month since I paid about $60), they will be trashed. Caveat emptor!

Pretty decent scam, bud...
Just piggy-backing on what everyone is saying here: You appear to be a middle-man reseller of goods (or mostly bads as evident by these posts) with no means of impacting or improving your own logistics. My personal gripes are the same as many: Shipping and ghosting. You continue to blame a presumed USPS delay when my package is yet to leave China. All my inquiries and questions are responded to with a copy paste response of passing the blame to situations beyond your control. We all know you are a failure. We just want to hear you say it!! If you won’t refund or make right, atleast just admit you are a scam, epic failure. That’ll at-least appease the masses.

No refunds - stay clear
I ordered the hair clippers being relentlessly posted on Instagram at the moment due to all barbers being closed. They are of extremely poor quality and i should have known better. It took over two weeks to arrive and they can best be described as a toy sourced from a one of the large Chinese tech markets. Priced at just the level its not worth the effort of sending them back as you'll only receive store credit anyway. Why would anyone follow up and wait another two weeks for something so poor. It is a glossy website designed to promote trust and it does that well. After you're hooked into a purchase its all downhill. Always avoid stores that offer no refunds, its a clear sign that i missed. Avoid this place and purchase known brands from trusted sources with a good refund policy.

Like many others here I'm frustrated by the time it's been since I ordered, which will be 14 days tomorrow. It didn't arrive today. There was some effort to communicate the delay, but what I received was "Due to current high volume of orders, we are experiencing brief delays with some shipments." I'm not sure I ever received a specific timeframe.
Please offer some more accurate communication about shipping. One email said the order was "on the way" on April 28. But tracking shows it was actually picked up on May 3.
Meanwhile, between ordering and today, I've received three emails that were advertisements for the product I purchased. Maybe just deliver it instead?

Please extend your understanding on the matter. You have also been informed of your estimated delivery period so estimated shipping timeframe is still valid on our end. We are sorry to hear that you ended up being unhappy with our services despite having discussed all policies to you. Once the package is returned by the courier, we shall voluntarily provide you reimbursement for your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot do so while the package is still en route to you.
Not a good experience
Sells similar products to other outlets at marked up prices, shipping has been beyond ridiculous, going on a month with very few updates despite emailing with questions on status. Return policy is "for credit only". I asked if i could cancel order before i was notified it had shipped, and they claimed it had shipped already (despite me not getting any notification or tracking number)

Scam Company
I purchased a razor from this website after seeing it advertised elsewhere. The item is being sold for £50 on the website but is also being sold on Wish and AliExpress for less than £15. I have requested that my order is cancelled but unsurprisingly i have heard nothing from this scam of a company.

Awful experience with shipping
Awful experience with shipping. Website is very vague on arrival times, probably because it is going to take a MONTH for this to arrive. Had I known I would not have ordered. The website makes no indication of this during the checkout process. Terrible baiting of customers. Avoid!
Edit: it's now more than a month and no sign of my order, despite their claims of it arriving under this time. It's like their stealing your money right in front of your face. Spend your money elsewhere!

We do see that your purchase order is already in transit after placing it a week ago. Hopefully you may receive your package a week earlier than estimated just like many other cases.
