Thank you for your purchase at Louie Supply, Co. At the time your purchase order was made, the shipping timeframe as mentioned in our website includes both the processing time + delivery time. And that we request all orders be allowed 3-5 business days to process and additional timeframe for delivery. Standard Shipping to the US normally take 7-14 business days.
However, we've been in contact with the courier and due to the current pandemic situation, we've been informed there will be delays on all orders.
On stalled tracking updates, it is also normal to see tracking details stalled for several days since the next tracking update will be when your local Customs Office has cleared/released the shipment.
Upon tracking, your package has been forwarded to the Air Transport Office and is currently en route to you. Rest assured that your package has indeed been shipped off and will be reaching you very soon!

Mixed feelings...
Disappointing.
Waited for two long weeks for delivery and when it arrived the Travis Duffle bag was great, but the hair clippers were provided with Chinese only instructions and no lubricant oil. Not happy about that at all. The unit itself, Extrim Pro Wireless Hair Clippers, feel a bit lightweight and I'll see how well they fair, but there's already a big part of me wishing I hadn't been seduced by the clippers' good looks, because they seem rather overpriced.

I have never written a review of anything in my life, but I am here today to tell you one thing: Do not order from Louie Supply Co.
I, an idiot, ordered two pairs of shorts from this company after seeing an ad on Instagram. The business made it seem as though they were based in Vancouver. This is a lie; the products ship from China. Off to a bad start.
It has now been more than 40 days since I ordered and have yet to receive anything. Although my emails to customer service are met with prompt replies, there is no effort made to look into the actual details of my order. In the context of the original deception, I am not at all confident that my order will ever arrive. If it does arrive, I’m going to assume that these shorts will be of the lowest quality. 0/10 do not buy.

I ordered some hair clippers as the website looked great but when I checked trust pilot the next day and saw the negative feedback I didn’t think I’d ever receive them. I received the product in 2 weeks and didn’t have to pay any import tax and so my experience was good. Do shop around though as they were more expensive than amazon.

Don’t buy from them. They will hold your money and you will never receive your product. Since April 20th their website has no update on the product. In May I asked for a refund and they refused and came up with some bs excuse. After refusing to refund me I disputed it with my credit card company.

Cheap items, Bad shipping and return policy
It's an international company that uses slow shipping, makes cheaply made clothes and has a horrible return policy. Their marketing is very slick so it feels American and local but its absolutely not. I have ordered both clothes and an electric razor. Razor never arrived and its been six weeks

Buyer Beware -- Cheap Click-Thru Chinese Junk
Buyer Beware! So many suspicious things about this company. Click-through ordered from an IG promo for wireless hair clippers (during pandemic) and it took over 2.5 months to arrive directly from China. Tracking was provided, but rarely gave updates and did not arrive until 5 days AFTER tracking stated it was delivered. I'm into my third week trying to return my clippers for a refund, when they stated that all sales are final (no refunds), which I never saw at checkout. Customer service replies are few and far between. The package arrived from a "Jon" (no last name) at 2352 Bent Creek Rd in Auburn, AL 36830, which is an Exxon gas station. This product is junk as soon as I saw, but photographed well in ads. (Disclaimer: not all items from China are bad, but Louie Supply Co. has managed to find the bottom-of-the-barrel). It's quite telling that their IG account with 127k followers rarely ever posts content WITH their products, but only promoting an affluent, adventurous lifestyle that doesn't contain any of their junk.
Update: Louie Supply Co. customer service won't approve a return for refund until they receive the item. I must pay for shipping to China (!), which should be about $27 USPS and they would also charge me the original shipping, which I already paid for and a restocking fee. On the $50.90 initial charge, I stand to get back only $12 (approximately) when all is said and done, and that's IF they approved a refund once receiving the item. BUYER BEWARE! This company is not legit.

Stay away from ordering anything from these guys. Tried to cancel an order the day after I placed order. Was informed I couldn’t because it was already processed. One and half months later I have yet to receive my wireless hair cutters. Order from amazon and save yourself the headache.

I understand a delay due to the corono pandemic but it took 7 weeks for delivery and that's unsatisfactory. I ordered the large back pack duffle bag and would even want to order the smaller version, but I'm not risking having to wait almost 2 months sorry !!!!

We did have shipping problems on orders placed between March and April since we were also caught off guard by how massive the pandemic affected global shipments.
But please be informed as well that we have changed couriers multiple time and shipping issues had been resolved as well. If you intend to place a new order, estimated date of delivery is now between 10-20 business days after shipment.

Stay away
We placed an order over a month ago and have been assured multiple times that the product is "en route", but yet the tracking number shows that a label has been created, but the item has not been delivered to the carrier.
We also tried to cancel our order after a day and conveniently received a tracking number and email within an hour stating they can't refund once the orders been shipped.
Stay away from these guys, terribly run company.

We admit that we did have problems on shipping for orders placed between March and April due to how the pandemic affected global shipping processes. Most couriers, if not all, requested delivery extensions so we hope you can extend your understanding on the matter.
Regarding cancellation of order, please note that all orders are immediately processed by our system so it is highly likely as well that packages are shipped immediately. A tracking is assigned by the courier so if a tracking no. is already available it means that the package has been forwarded to the courier. Please be advised though that once the package has been forwarded the courier, we actually do not have control on its operations, especially at this difficult time of pandemic.

Do Not Order from Louie!!
I ordered two pairs of shorts on April 10th and have completely lost hope that these will ever arrive. Customer service tries to blame it on COVID and won’t acknowledge that I want a refund. Every other company isn’t having trouble shipping things during this time.
Save your money and DO NOT order from Louie Supply. You will never see your order.

Don't even bother. I fell for slick marketing but don't be fooled -- you'll place an order, they'll take your cash, and then your order will descend into a black hole where goods are drop-shipped from China with no visibility into arrival date, using courier services I have never heard of and are not as reliable as major carriers like DHL/FedEx/UPS.
Read the fine print on their website--delivery takes ages even in the best of times. Just go to Amazon.

We like to clarify that based on the shipping timeframe published in our website at the time of your order placement, estimated delivery dates for your purchase order is indeed between June 1-8. Please understand that we ship via Standard Shipping which uses the local postal services and not via DHL/FedEx/UPS which charge really so much bigger shipping fees. We even waived the shipping fees and covered the shipping cost at a minimal purchase amount.
While we understand that since delivery has passed the June 8 as promised, we do see that tracking details had been updated as of June 11th and states that your package is now at your local USPS office awaiting delivery schedule. If you can allow USPS several more business days to complete delivery process, then that would be great.

Unreliable delivery, slow to refund
While I never received the products I ordered in April, the company did eventually refund the payment (in July). Customer service is generally prompt but not always informative. Bottom line, this is just another drop-ship seller of commercially available generic products (I'm guessing through Alibaba).

I ordered the Hair Trimmer on April 16. It has now been more than a month and beyond the delivery time the company indicated. Simply ridiculous.
I will be seeking an immediate refund and will be communicating with the Better Business Bureau.
June 4 Update: I have had some help from the company. Though I have not yet received the hair clippers I ordered, they did refund 1/2 the purchase price and assured me that, if the product doesn't arrive in the next 2 weeks, they will refund the rest. Good to see they are trying!!
