No customer service and over 2 months and no product
I ordered 2 pairs of short on April 24th, as of 18 July I still have not received my order nor can I track the package since they don't use a good mail tracking system. I would recommend not to order from this company.

My order was plagued from the beginning. I placed an order of 8 shirts only to be told days later that 3 of the shirts were out of stock. They gave me no definite date of when they would be restocked and would be sent at a later date. After a bunch of back and forth I just had them refund me for the missing shirts. I received the shirts that were in stock and was not happy at all with fit. Not fitted to my liking and certainly not long enough as they appeared to be in the pictures and according to the measurement chart. Disappointed that these clothing companies can't make more fitted styles for taller people. Sent my whole order back. NOTE: The company offers poor shipping policy. Shipping costs are NOT worth it if you're even slightly unsure of what you're ordering. The cost to ship everything back was $18 MORE than one of the already expensive shirts. I basically threw money away.
If you're tall, slim or have long torso do not order their shirts.

Just a terrible experience. I ordered a hair clipper three months ago and have received nothing. I have contacted the company at least 10 times, and each time I am told it is "on the way". The last five requests have gone totally unanswered. If you order anything from them, you are simply throwing money away. Absolutely one of the worst on-line experiences I have had.

Terrible clipper and terrible customer service! I used this on my husband on the longest setting and it literally shaved the hair off his head! The most frustrating thing is it took 10 WEEKS to arrive!! We sent numerous emails to them looking for tracking info which they couldn’t provide. Finally after a dozen emails and almost 2 months they finally got back to us saying they would knock of 50 percent of the price and refund that to our credit card and if we didn’t receive it in another few weeks they would refund the rest. Are you kidding me???TERRIBLE customer service. It showed up a few weeks later. Piece of crap product and crappy company DO NOT order from here! Stick to amazon.

As mentioned on our website, the shipping time frame includes both the processing time + delivery time. We request all orders to be allowed 3-5 business days to process and additional 8-18 business days for the delivery. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.
Since your order was placed on June 26, the estimated delivery date is between July 15-29. Your package arrived on July 13 which is earlier than our timeframe.

2.5 months, still nothing
Order shipped in mid April, now it's July 2 and it hasn't arrived. Tracking number is expired, and after several emails to them I have yet to get a response.
Update: after multiple attempts to contact the seller to resolve this issue, I did not receive any reply. I had to file a complaint with PayPal. After I filed the complaint, the seller did issue a refund. I still definitely would not recommend doing business with this company.

I have never written a review in my life (im 47). For the love of God, do not buy anything from this company. It is a scam. I ordered a clipper over a month ago and it never arrived. I reached out to Louis multiple times, and they never even replied back. People work very hard for their money, so this is very disheartening. If there is a hell that shady companies go to, Louie would get a first class ticket

It looks like you failed to follow the electronic messages sent out as initial responses by our system. Even then, we apologize if you may have found it troublesome.
Please note as well that shipping timeframe for orders is 5-10 business days on top of 1-3 business days on processing. Upon checking, tracking details for your purchase order indicates that the package has been marked completed as of June 22 so the order was only delayed for 2 business days while there is still the pandemic.

Do not buy anything here. Horrible
Without a doubt the worst company I have ever bought from. Purchased a pair of shorts over 2 months ago now. Took 2+ weeks before they were shipped and now 6 weeks after that I have not received my order. Customer service is horrible and refusing to refund my order IF they respond to my emails. They are telling me the I need to return the product which has not moved in over 5 weeks according to their horrible tracking service. Overall horrible experience and no one should buy anything from this company.

Regarding your query on charges, please understand that most online Sellers, if not all, temporarily charge credit card accounts as this is part of verifying the Buyers' identity and prove that they are real persons with real shipping addresses. We accept payments by Credit Cards, Stripe and PayPal as these are highly secured and protected accounts and should be safe for both of us, the Seller and the Buyers. This is the reason why the credit card is charged upon fulfillment of purchases. In case of non delivery of goods. customers can file disputes at which they can be refunded as arbitration allow.
And regarding your query on delivery, please be informed that as As mentioned in our website, the shipping timeframe includes both the processing time + delivery time. And that we request all orders be allowed 1-3 business days to process and additional timeframe for delivery.
Standard Shipping normally take 10-20 business days.
Your order which was placed on May 9th will have an estimated date of delivery between June 3-10.

We do appreciate your purchase at Louie Supply, Co. All policies and information are published in our website. There is no problem in production either. While we did have problems in delayed shipments in the first several weeks after pandemic has affected the global shipping processes, we changed shipping courier partners several times so we can meet the demands and promised estimated delivery dates to customers. And the shipping timeframe is now met accordingly. But since we do ship out orders on standard shipping rates, an overnight and express shipping process is not available.
On the other hand, upon checking your order details at the same time, we do see that your purchase order was actually placed on May 25th and marked delivered as of June 10th. This actually counts to only 12 business days only so we're not sure about how you mentioned that it takes 1 month shipping timeframe on delivery.
