Trina's place looked just like the pictures and was very comfortable, even during some really hot days outside. She was a great host.

The space was very comfortable and clean and Colin’s communication was excellent. I’d recommend the space to anyone looking for accommodations in North Portland.

The process of renting a home and signing the lease was made easy because of Maggie! She is unbelievably kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her perspective as a host, and how she manages her AirBnB space. Maggie's guidance truly helped us make our decision in signing the lease and feel competent in being hosts. The entire process is efficient and straightforward. I appreciate the current tenants of the house we signed for being so warm and welcoming when touring their home. They went above and beyond answering questions and giving their inside perspective They even followed up to let us know we could reach out any time we needed with questions. Excited for the upcoming experience with Loftium!

We were renters/hosts for Loftium from June 2019 to May 2021. Our experience started out fairly positive and went downhill from there, especially once COVID hit. As we were friendly with the couple who owned the house we were subleasing from Loftium, we found out Loftium's first priority with the COVID pandemic set in was to renegotiate the rent it was paying home owners and we heard they negotiated significant discounts with many of these owners. Were these discounts passed along to Loftium renters, who were also struggling through the COVID pandemic? No.
There were instances where in town guests either damaged our unit or made us feel unsafe (including one instance in which police presence was required). Did Loftium listen to our concerns about hosting in-town guests after these instances? No.
When we let Loftium know we were moving out (we gave several months advanced notice), they assigned us the duty of giving inside tours of our own home while we were still living in it.
When we moved out and left our space in pristine condition, they still charged us $175 dollars for "replacement lightbulb and filling space where nail used to be in the wall".
The rent discount is not worth the stress and the absolute lack of support you will receive from Loftium. Do not do it.

Great find in Seattle, our stay here was great and we loved the local recommendations they provided. It was very clean and well organized, with plenty of extra supplies. The communication was great, they responded quick to our needs and were super friendly! Would book again with them :)

We did not expect things to move so fast. We were able to tour the space in person and in a week had signed a lease! Maggie was fantastic and walked us through so many of our questions and details. She was super honest and relational!
The only thing that made us a little anxious was finding out 2 leases were going to be sent out on the same day and it was a race to sign and get the space. I am grateful we were able to rally but it felt a little pressured.
Other than that, our experience so far has been super great. Maggie was quick to respond and it was easy to set up calls with her. :) We are looking forward to working with Loftium and are excited about the space we found. It is beautiful!

Great space .. The description was perfect and the space was very clean.. I really enjoyed the back deck and the large windows of the Space.. I worked remotely from this space for over 2 weeks.. It was very comfortable and convenient to all the places I visited while in Atlanta..

Very clean, quiet, spacious, and nice room! The host was very responsive and checked in regularly. The area is very convenient and close to downtown as well as Sloans Lake which is gorgeous for running/walking. I had no issue finding parking and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Michelle was very helpful, gave some great tips about the area, and was very accommodating!

This place was as described. I live it and if possible will do it again.

We just went through the process of renting a property. It has been all very clear, respectful and responsive.

Recently rented out my property in Seattle via Loftium. As a landlord you'd always fear when trying out a new company but Loftium was there every step of the way during the whole set up process (especially Miranda Brown) to answer my questions/concerns. I'm so far amazed by their professionalism and promptness of communication. I'd recommend Loftium to Seattle landlords.

Everything was as described, our host was quick to answer any questions, 3 separate rooms gave our family personal space! The neighborhood was beautiful and green, plus IN-N-OUT is only minutes away.

It was great stay.Really enjoyed the stay.Host is very accommodating.

Perfect place to stay at. Would definitely go again. It smelled beautiful.
