Great stay at Emma’s place.
The home had everything that we needed.
Internet, tv/rocky, towels, laundry, toiletries etc.

Karen was a fantastic host! She offered to assist if there was anything I needed but everything was already set. I truly loved having the dogs greet me every day. They helped welcome me and make me feel at home. I would absolutely stay again!

I had a great stay at the guest suite. Everything was very clean and Steven was a very accommodating host and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to anyone else planning to visit Portland.

We had a great stay! We wished there was a tv in the living room but other than that we had everything we needed!

We travelled to Denver to cover a concert at The ROXY theatre on Welton, just a few blocks from the house. It was a perfect location and the night life in the area was amazing. We were in the heart of everything and the rental was perfect for what we were looking for. A much more personalized and comfortable stay compared to a standard "hotel room". The bathroom was full sized, there was a great living room, and nice sized bedroom. We had a nice backyard to relax in and the location also offered privacy. The location property renters were awesome and provided everything we needed to have a wonderful time in the city. I would recommend the location to anyone looking for a great time in Denver and would stay there again anytime we had business in the city again or just for a pleasure trip. I plan to recommend the rental to others looking for a nice getaway in Denver and also to professionals who need a nice place to lay there head, while in the town for business. Thank you so much for playing a nice role in our Denver experience. This place it top notch. It was wonderful working and staying in Denver, at such a great spot. This is the place to be.

Maggie helped us out a ton. The whole experience was fantastic. If you are looking to rent a home and find amazing deals for incredible houses Loftium is a great experience!

Toni and Sebastian are fantastic hosts. Very clear communication and thoughtful touches in the place. This place is a fantastic bargain - secure parking, washer and dryer, and cozy place.

The hospitality was beautiful, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this group.

My boyfriend and I recently set out to buy a house and going under contract happened so much faster and more abruptly than we had planned on, so we had to get out of our lease ASAP in order for the mortgage loan to be accepted. Amber was the one who guided us through and gave us the game plan, she was outstanding! She really took initiative in finding all the information we would need for the early termination and getting the lease transferred to our good friends! She made the process feel very personal and easy by remembering the names of everyone involved, congratulating us on the new house and breaking things down step by step while remembering to follow up anytime we were waiting for information. Thank you, Amber! We really appreciate you! 🙏

Loftium does an awesome job setting up beautiful homes, airbnb spaces, and making living in Seattle affordable!! Overall, we have been pleased with the experience! However, a major downfall is communication - our experience has demonstrated that Loftium is not prompt to respond to our questions or needs, and often we have had to reach out several times before getting any response. This is very frustrating, especially when trying to get moved on a timeline!

Mischell was great! She even left toys for my son to play with during those idle periods & that means a lot! Her place was very clean, very neat, & peaceful. Great location, I was only 15-20 minutes away from where I had to be throughout the duration of my trip.

She kept in great communication with me to make sure we were fine or if we needed anything & that was super sweet! Perfect spot! Thank you again for your hospitality Mischell!

Are they crooks or merely incompetent? Both? Loftium thought they had a smart business model until Covid hit at which point they sought to escape the terms of their lease with us, leading with some tough-talking lawyers (married to the CEO) and smooth-talking reps. The old good cop, bad cop routine. Loftium let a tenant move into our investment property with an "emotional support animal" even though our lease agreement with Loftium specifically barred all animals. Their tenant also complained and threatened us with legal action more than any other tenant we've had in the past decade--and mind you we had no legal contract with their tenant. There was no peace working with Loftium or their tenant and we quickly realized they were not a reputable, reliable partner. We were glad to let their lease expire and will certainly not work with Loftium ever again. I strongly suggest you learn this lesson without the hassle or drama or expenses we incurred.

Do not do business with Loftium-- that way you won't regret your experience as we do.

My hosts, Michelle & Alex, were very gracious and tended to any of my needs or questions very quickly. My unit was bright, clean and comfortable.

I rented my place through Loftium and for the first year it was ok, but when it came time to renew they wanted to renegotiate the agreement. Because of the pandemic, I agreed. The renewal also included 4 months of 1/2 off rent meaning that I was stuck covering the mortgage for that time. Finally, just 2 months after that they canceled the whole thing. I understand times are tough, but this means that out of the original 3 year agreement, they paid 12 months of full rent, 4 months of half rent, and 2 months of reduced rent. Also, during that time I could not look for another tenant making this even worse (essentially 2 vacant properties). Lastly, when they moved out it took them forever to respond to any of my emails. They left quite a bit of damage in the house and I'm still (6 months later) waiting for reimbursement. Do not use them. It's simply not worth it.

Host was very accommodating and the space was super cute and nice!

I urgently needed a linen and towel refresh, and Chase had it done before our next guest!

Emma's Phinney Ridge light filled lower level space was perfect for our needs. Our 2 1/2 weeks flew by! Lots of space, close to our family, amenities close by. We will certainly come back to this Loftium rental again soon!

Maggie has been extremely helpful and answering all our questions. I could not ask for a better person to help me through my leasing process. I’m so glad she was able to respond quickly to my dream house to rent :)
