Great location, quiet area but a quick drive to everything. Comfortable and clean accompdations, and helpful host.

This was a great place to stay for a few days! The home was immaculately clean and well decorated! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with Mikala was great and she was very attentive to the comfort my stay!

During the height of the pandemic my tenant who was a single mother of three paid me, my tenant who lost his job paid me, Loftium didn't pay me.... they also failed to notify the subtenant that I terminated the contract

We could not have been happier with our accommodations in Ballard! The space is perfect- very clean with fun decorative touches. We really appreciated the dog friendly nature, even dog treats available. The hosts were very available for recommendations (they also have an awesome website they created with ALL the good stuff in Seattle!). We really hope to stay here again!

Wonderful spot to stay at! Well stocked kitchen, easy to reach host, great area tips in a welcome booklet. Space to stretch out in for a couple days, even enough space for my daughter to work. Well stocked bathroom and snuggle blankets every where to add to the cozy feel. We truly enjoyed our stay. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs for the road noise, and you’ll be good to go!

I had reserved this space for my husband and myself, along with our 20 year old son. We had our own room with a very comfortable queen bed, and he had his own space with a pull out bed, and a super cozy fireplace. We were all comfortable and slept well for the 3 night stay.
The location is north Seattle and close to all the places we planned to visit.
The shower was great with excellent water pressure, and enough towels for 4 people.
It’s so nice to have a full working kitchen! We were so pleased with all the amenities and the prompt communication from the owners. I highly recommend staying here, I would definitely stay again!

Visiting Seattle alone can be overwhelming for some people when traveling at night. My check in was easy and communication was always there. I loved flying in late knowing there was some snacks and a kettle for hot tea waiting for me. The location is great and the 5 bus is literally at your door step making it easy for transportation. My room was extremely clean in a quiet safe location. My bed was amazing and loved having a mini refrigerator for snacks. Thank you again, for an excellent Seattle experience!

Hosts were very responsive. The accommodations were very clean. Location was very close to Lake Washington and walking/running trails. Easy access to highways.

We recently stayed in a apartment in Seattle and the stay was lovely. However at the end of our stay the toilet became clogged, due to no wrong item going in or anything we did other then normally use the bathroom we paid for. As any home owner knows a toilet can become clogged due to normal use, especially with high traffic toilets such as one rented to SEVERAL families! They had to call a plumber to use an auger and are claiming it falls on us! They are attempting to charge us for a $350 plumber service to THIER home. So future renters please be careful when you use the bathrooms in places you rent, if just so happens your the one it backs up on you might be paying to service someone else’s home!

Great place to stay. Clean, great location. Washer and dryer availability, made packing easy. Great places to eat near by.

Robert is an excellent host. He is quick to respond and resolved any problems we had regarding our stay. He’s an honest person who would go above and beyond to make your experience comfortable.

I've been working with Loftium for three years, and have been happy with how things have gone. The staff are helpful and responsive. I can see how diligently they work for their renters, and I appreciate it. Even thru the pandemic they were still there for me. I just renewed for another year and I'm certain it's going to be a good year.

Mallory & Bridget’s place was so cozy and clean. They were very responsive to questions, went out of their way to wash our dishes so we could reuse, and helped with troubleshooting right away. We had a fantastic experience!
