Great experience! It was my first time staying at an AirBnb and the host guided me throughout the process by giving us detailed instructions. Place was clean and is the perfect stay for 2 or 3 guests. Highly recommend this place to others checking out the Chicago area.

We enjoyed a fun girls getaway! This was the perfect little place to stay, the beds were so comfortable and the decor was so good. It made us feel right at home. We would for sure stay again!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Dave’s AirBnB. He is an excellent host who is diligent about fulfilling his guests’ needs and remaining flexible with their requests. Dave is friendly and hospitable with the greatest intentionality. I’ll be back to stay whenever possible!

WOW! I had the most incredible and restorative stay with Earl in Phoenix, AZ. The room and bathroom are absolutely beautiful. The bathroom feels like a trip to a spa! The host is a massage therapist and wellness practitioner, so for this weekend getaway I had access to everything I needed to truly make this feel like a home spa. Earl is incredibly gracious and provided me with everything I needed to have a restful and restorative weekend before starting a new chapter. I would highly recommend this Air BnB and Earl’s additional services to absolutely anyone looking for a getaway, rest, relaxation, or even a restorative period. So thankful I chose this Air BnB over a hotel or spa, such a better value and bang for your buck!! I left feeling ready to start a new chapter and take my current move head on. Thank you Earl!!!

It was great stay, the instructions provided by Tina was super helpful. A great value stay especially for the short trips. I loved the coziness, and the room was very clean. Overall, I enjoyed my stay :)

Loved the place! Very clean, convenient and had anything we may need. Completely private and very easy to come and go. Great hosts and we will book with them again when we visit Portland next.

Interactions throughout the renewal process were informative. However, I was not very excited about the rise in monthly rent after having rented the same property for 2 years now. Why am I paying more for the exact same property while also taking on the risk of potentially earning less with the new Shared Revenue pilot program? I also don’t really like that there’s still no control afforded to renters over the availability of the rental unit. If the goal is to maximize availability and revenue, then why are potential guests only allowed to reserve the space 1 month in advance? wouldn’t it make sense to widen the availability range especially when pricing is algorithmically driven and set via automation?

This place has the MOST comfortable beds and is super clean. It has all the amenities a hotel room would have. Graca is a gracious and loving host. She was flexible with our arrival time which really came in clutch. 10/10 would recommend for a comfy, cozy, and quiet stay.

Loftium made our work in Seattle much easier. We live on the road, and work fiber all over the West side of the country. Staying in larger cities tends to cost an arm and a leg, and comes directly out of our contractor pay. We are so grateful there is a company making it possible to marry those with extra space looking to pad their income with those of us who need a decent, safe place to stay for a reasonable price. Thank you so much for what you do!

Loftium has been great to work with! From our experience as hosts, the Loftium team has been consistently responsive, supportive, and understanding, and they have ensured that we have the resources we need to safely and comfortably host our guests.

Pleasant stay. Very easy nice communication with the landlord. The location was perfect for us and the unit is very large with a separate entrance. LIncoln park and the west Seattle junction just an easy walk away which was convenient in the snow. Never heard the landlords upstairs, must be a well built house. They were very accommodating as our plans changed and we needed to stay longer , the next renters had canceled due to the snow so it all worked seamlessly.
We’ll certainly use this unit again when we’re back in Seattle. Thank you Dane for making our stay pleasant.

Space is stylish and comfortable. Very easy to relax in. I could have just hung out and done quiet things our entire stay. Seemed central to what we needed. Host was responsive even though there were zero issues.

Stay was great, hosts were wonderful and quick to respond. Were surprised to see that the room didn’t have carpet and didn’t bring any slippers to walk around in but I may have missed that detail on the listing.
