Unit was as described. Very clean, quiet, private. Could work out of the unit with fast WiFi. Easy street parking. Great value. And our puppy Ladybug enjoyed her stay as well.

Very responsive, my host made us a second key when I requested one for my fiancé. We didn’t ask for much but our host always checked in to see if we needed anything.

Mika was a great host! He was very friendly and accommodating. The place was very comfortable and had everything I needed.

Jared is an exception host and the space is absolutely wonderful!

This was by far the most kid friendly place we have ever stayed at. As soon as the host found out we had a three-year-old son traveling with us, they made sure there were kids books, games, and activities that delighted and kept our son entertained, which can be quite the challenge when traveling. One day that we decided to go to the beach they even let us borrow beach towels and sand toys, it really made our day! They were truly amazing hosts.

The stay was fine and I left a positive review on Airbnb (as all reasonable people should if everything goes mostly well), but whoever left the review on my profile decided to mention we left trash (which which we definitely did not?), and said we failed to follow other checkout rules. We spent a solid 30 minutes prior to exiting going over the checklist and ensuring everything was in great shape. Pretty lame if you ask me.

Loved my stay here! Cute little studio perfect for a night or two in Seattle. The bed was extremely comfortable, easy parking on the street, ac/heat, wifi, etc. The host Vanessa checked in to make sure I had everything I needed.

Clean rooms. Very accommodating host. Excellent communication. Look forward to staying here again.

Corinne was as a great host. She was super communicative and checked in periodically! The place had everything we needed and was in a great location to shops and restaurants!

As a landlord, Loftium continually broke their agreement and refused any communication outside of email. At the most, they could be scamming people. At the least, they have questionable ethics and morals.

Justine and Lou are both so lovely! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They always responded promptly and helpfully and they let us know that they were there to make sure we had a great stay! The place is really cozy and sweet; I'm so glad this was where we chose to stay!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and great value. Host was wonderfully responsive and helpful. Nice residential area near VA hospital and Jackson Park. Very convenient for me and plenty of on-street parking if you drive. A little less convenient if you are using public transportation.

My stay was quiet, comfortable and convenient. Was able to successfully work remotely Monday - Friday and walk to the nearby grocery store for easy food purchases and Amazon orders from the locker. Bathroom is private and the room is secluded and clean. Great stay for remote workers needing somewhere quiet, private and affordable.

We had a wonderful experience with our Lodtium stay. The room was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Our host, Tina, was wonderful to communicate with and was very prompt with responses.

Absolutely wonderful place that Sarah has! We loved our stay and she was on top of everything immediately! We would definitely rent again if given the opportunity!

I will say however if you're any taller than 6'-2" or so, you might be a bit uncomfortable due to the lower ceilings!

Nice, quiet, safe and clean neighborhood. Easy access with keypad private entrance. We’ll appointed and comfortable. Close to PDX and north Portland. Very enjoyable stay.
