An amazing company with premium products. Been using Living Proof products for over a year now and it has made my hair strong and healthy. One slight issue with a delivery and it was sorted quickly and easily. They also have consultations virtually to assist you - giving you advice for the best products for your hair.

Good customer service! It’s my second order from living proof and I love the products. My hair is thin and fine and bleached (a not so winning combination ha) and their shampoos have been a dream (and especially the masks which I’ve received as a free gift). Anyway... on my second order I got a faulty dry shampoo, and was a bit upset. However, emailed on Sunday (yday), and was resolved by Monday (today) very quickly and efficiently, and will be receiving a replacement. Overall very pleased.

I swear by their volumising range and highly recommend it! Now have ordered some products from the new curl range and love those so far too. I had a slight problem with my order, emailed customer service, and it's been resolved very speedily by Eve who was super helpful. Will definitely order again. Thank you!

I placed my first order with these guys, and I made a right mess of it!
I emailed and within a few minutes I had a reply and the situation was all sorted within a few hours.
I hope the products are as good! ha ha ha

Is your company a scam?
I tried ordering shampoo and conditioner from your website and it told me “there was an error processing your request”.

So I don’t have an order coming to me.

But you took the money from my account FOUR TIMES! And I’m not receiving a single damn item.

I’ve contacted the bank and they will launch an investigation.

This is fraudulent behaviour. I will never attempt to buy from you again.

Pleased with product but received two when only wanted one. Tried the 'hassle free' returns but after contacting them they gave return address as simply 'Freepost, Livingproof UK. As no postcode - postoffice cannot give postal receipt. Then Royal Mail returned parcel as Livingproof have no Freepost licence. So be aware if you plan to return anything. Did get refund after chasing Livingproof and having picture of returned parcel.

Terrible for your hair! Noticed so much hair loss in the shower! Used it 4 times and lost too much hair!!! Shocking for a product that's supposed to be for thickening and it actually made mine thinner! Hair okay when I went back to Olaplex. Actually started wondering if it was a fake product I bought, however bought it from a legit beauty site. Wouldn't use it again!

Website was simple to use. Got a discount in Black Friday sales. Order was delivered next day. I’ve ordered twice and both times it come the next day.

People who complain about hair being frizzy have completely lost the point of stopping using silicones. They explain on the website that it will take upto 9 washes to remove the silicones and your hair will go through stages whilst they are removed. They do say on wash 3 you will notice dry frizzy hair. Your hair then needs to absorb the nutrients in the new shampoo. It’s called the silicone slip as cheap shampoos add a plastic bond over your natural hair and people don’t realise this. Your hair isn’t shiny and soft it’s coated in plastic.

I’m on to about wash 10 and my hair feels great. Yes it’s not cheap products but most of the decent hair brands aren’t cheap, and all good stylists know silicones and sls aren’t good for hair but you can’t expect your hair to respond after one wash.

I will definitely be using them again as I really like the products and the service was so quick.

Did not receive my order. Emailed their customer service who took days to reply with the response that it had been delivered. Still awaiting a reply to my follow up email. I would advise you to avoid this Company unless you like stress, disappointment and losing money.

Bought Full shampoo and conditioner that killed my hair within a week, as if I was using some detergent instead of hair products. Products are completely useless.

Over a year ago I purchased a Living Proof product and the receipt is long gone. It was rarely used as was my back up hair mousse as I was not especially impressed with the product so, being a small can, it was left in an overnight trip toiletries bag. Every time I used it, it would continue to ooze out after I had already dispensed what I wanted, so much of the product was wasted. I recently ran out of my (much cheaper and larger size) primary mousse so decided to use up the Living Proof Plumping Mousse before purchasing some other mousse. I struggled to get any product out and then - it just stopped dispensing! Maybe the gas has run out with all the excessive self-oozing! So now I have some product left, yet unable to utilise, so emailed their Customer Service who replied and were most unhelpful, asking me for a photo and the batch number for their benefit but telling me I must have my receipt and need to take it back to the original retailer it was purchased from (this, after 12 months elapsed?) I already told them by now I did not have it. I honestly thought they would offer me some compensation; either a replacement or a discount or voucher against another product. Considering the price of this product, not only mediocre performance, but half of it unused. Worked out a very expensive can of air...
UPDATE, following my complaint, the next day, LP CS emailed me and offered some free samples by way of compensation, so have increased my review to 3 Star rating.

Having read an article in the Sunday Times in praise of Living proof hair products I proceeded to place an order online. An error message came up asking me to wait and re-submit order. This happened 3 times so left it.. unbelievably I was charged 3 times and 3 bottles of the same product were separately delivered!
Been trying to return 2 items for a couple of weeks! No return slips, no labels, no telephone number!

Living proof “no frizz”.... wasted £50 on shampoo and conditioner😣 I must say the first wash was good because it made my hair feel nourished and soft but the frizz? That was very bad. I already had frizz but after washing my hair with no frizz shampoo and conditioner it made my hair even more frizzer; just like an Afro. I would prefer using cheap supermarket shampoos than using every expensive ones!!
