The products are great and the customer service has been even better. They have been nothing but helpful with a couple of blips I had when putting the order through. I cannot fault this company in anyway

I'll start with the fact that the products are good and do exactly what they say they will.

However there customer service is an awful experience. Having received an order that had leaked in transit, I contacted LP and asked for replacements.

Rather that focus on improving the customer outcome I then received emails asking for copies of despatch notes and batch numbers and referred to an "apparent" leak rather than acknowledging that they had had an issue.

I got so frustrated I used there contact us page to ask for a telephone number to discuss my complaint, only to be told all complaints have to be in writing to an email address.

Eventually they have agreed to send me replacement bottles, but in summary LP need to up there game in terms of customer experience when there are product or delivery issues, ultimately customers buy both the product and the service and at the moment the service is letting them down

I don't remember receiving my order, I've contacted them on 3 separate occasions over the last month, twice via email and once on their website, and they've completely ignored me.

I received a bottle of the Curl Defining Gel and could not use it as the pump dispenser was faulty. I sent all details including a photo, batch number and video to the Customer Services person. I even offered to return the item at my cost so they could see the fault but they refused to replace it. This is very disappointing considering the product cost £27. As a result I will never purchase Living proof products ever again.

I have returned the items that I ordered from them, I have not had a confirmation that they have received them, fortunately they are tracked and they have received them as Royal Mail has shown me proof but living proof have not replied to my emails or processed my refund even though 15 days have passed, there is not a contact number to speak to anyone, I am really disappointed with this company

Next day delivery arrived after 3 days, and missing free gifts advertised. "Customer Care" team response to email (this arrived 4 days later) was pretty much "yeah, sorry about that". No explanation, no delivery code for another order.

Yeah, no more business from me, I'll just buy better products from companies that care about their customers

Had an issue with an order, emailed customer services and they managed to sort out the problem efficiently. Can’t thank reshma enough!!

I purchased the hair thickening mousse …2 cans…. On a trip to the US. The shampoo and conditioner are just amazing but was totally unhappy with the flat mousse and lack of volume in my hair. I e mailed providing all the info asked for plus photos codes etc. however was told that it was the way it was meant to be. After replying I offered to send back my products for them to see but was told not to bother as they really weren’t interested. $56 down the drain literally….. back to Schwarzkopf!!

Had a blip regarding inputting a discount code and didn’t think I could rectify it but Living Proof were fantastic and responded quickly, politely and gave guidance about how to add a code in future purchases, and then they also refunded the discount I’d missed! Above and beyond, excellent customer experience

I LOVE Living Proof products! But this is the second time I have ordered from them with a missing order. It says the order was delivered, and it was not! Plus, their customer service is so slow! There are no phone numbers to call and I have to wait on emails. Find another place to order from - this is not worth the headache!

Living proof full shampoo- I bought this and seen as it’s meant to be chemical free it made my scalp itch so much and my eyebrows it’s only when I started using this i started itching very expensive shampoo and I saw more hair actually come out which is quite worrying.. I’ve heard some bad reviews about this make and hair fall I dare’nt keep using it my hair is fine enough that’s why I thought I would try it but made my scalp worse not better I feel if I kept using more hair would come out definitely causes hair loss don’t buy waste off money I just wish I had took the other comments seriously 🥲

Order placed on the 2nd of November. No update provided regarding dispatch after a week so I chased the company. I was told there was a “technical error” and they were working on it. Chased after another couple of days to be told there was an “export error”. Asked for an update that day and was then on the same day told my order had expired and therefore was cancelled!!
For an expensive brand I would expect better customer care and ability to resolve issues.
Save your time and money!

I was recommended by a hairdresser that paying extra for chemical free shampoo was a good life choice to make, so I invested in the noFrizz Shampoo and conditioner. I was washing my hair approx. once every 3-4 days with the product. After 1 wash I did not notice any difference to the frizz or quality of my hair, however on the product it recommends that you won't notice a difference until 5 washes, so I continued to wash my hair with the product. After a few more washes my scalp began to get itchy and after 5 or 6 washes I had the worst dandruff I have ever seen on anyone, and my scalp was unbearably itchy. I have never in my life suffered from dandruff, so I immediately stopped using the product and gifted it to my friend. My friend had the exact same experience as myself. I was so shocked, because I haven't ever been illergic to anything before in my life, and the Living Proof products claim to be 'chemical free'.
I wrote to Living Proof to tell them about my experience and they just recommend I stop using their products, so I feel as though I should share my experience, so that other people don't waste their money on this product.

"We have reviewed the order in line with our internal policies and have, on this occasion, made a decision not to accept the order due to stock availability."

But my money are stuck in a pending transaction..

Really disappointed with their customer service. I have sent emails, messaged on Facebook and posted on their Facebook page all which I have received no reply to. Living proof have taken money and I have received no order confirmation and now I can’t get hold of them. Off to trading standards now

Living proof dry shampoo is hands down the best dry shampoo around. It actually leaves my hair feeling clean and like it’s been washed after using on my roots!! HOWEVER… I for the second time I have purchased a 335ml aerosol it has stopped working after the first spray! The nozzle is completely clear but nothing happens. Is there a problem with this product? I order online so this must be happening to others too? So frustrating as it’s quite expensive and I genuinely love the product.

Scam company do not order from this site you will not receive anything. avoid at all costs

I ordered the frizz line (shampoo, conditioner, oil, styling cream and spray) because I needed something to soften my hair. Not only that it didn't work, but they make my hair even frizzier than before, hair looks like a broom and it gets so tangled that I can hardly brush it. I paid over £60 and I feel ripped off. I would not recommend their products to anyone. My order number is #700145951.

PS: before receiving the below response from them, a whole month before, I have wrote to reviews@ (they had asked somebody else to write to them there). No answer. When I got the below answer, I took their advice and also forwarded my concerns to customercare@. It has been a week and no response. They advise to try the products for longer to see the difference, which I did for 2 months. Then I had to stop because I didn't want to lose my hair.
I will wait for a week more and take my concern forward, because these products are dangerous to both your wallets and hair.
