Very disappointing
I bought 2 travel sized dry shampoos for my daughter and daughter in law as gifts. The one I gave to my daughter broke pretty much straight away after just one use. Unfortunately she threw the canister away and as a result customer services aren’t interested as I can’t send them a video of the fault or provide them with the batch code. This shows no trust in the customer and I can only assume they think we are making this up. I will not recommend LP nor buy any of their products again, very disappointing.

Living Proof is very accurately named
Living Proof is very accurately named. It makes honest claims but the products go way beyond that. I’ve a theory that every brand is now selling volume when it used to be a cure for greasy hair And that’s all they do. Living proof products treat the scalp first and then the hair. They are a fantastic brand and if you haven’t tried them, go ahead. Literally

Great customer service
I had received one of the dry shampoos as a gift but the product stopped spraying after a few uses. I emailed customer service and had a prompt reply, very helpful and quick, and have now been given a replacement. Very impressed!

Amazing product and quick turnaround
I had a faulty spray can and was so upset as living proof is the only dry shampoo that doesn’t irritate my scalp. I contacted customer service and they organised to replace it with no cost the same day! Excellent customer service

O’ver 100£ wasted
Very poor service from Living Proof and Royal Mail, they claim the package was delivered but provided an invalid proof of delivery. Living Proof does not accept any responsibility and won’t issue a refund nor a voucher, other companies do that, I am guessing they have some sort of insurance in place, but not Living Proof. This means I have just wasted over 100£, I will never purchase from this website again, complete waste of money.

Great service
Amazing discount encouraged me to order online goods. Free items were also offered but the serum was omitted from the order. Online chats proved unsuccessful and so I waited for the order which came in 5 days. An email to Customer Services had a prompt reply and the missing free serum dispatched to me. Thank you it’s reassuring to deal with a company that provides such good customer care.

I’ve been trying to contact the uk site for over 3 weeks now , to get an update on my missing package , after countless emails and no responses I’ve been left hopeless. My package had said it had been delivered yet i didn’t receive anything , picture on the tracking does not match me or my door , nor can I locate the package of such. I’ve been countlessly pestering my neighbours into asking if they’ve received anything , yet nothing. I am demanding a full refund of my order or I’m going straight to the press about this.

Faulty product and no customer service …
First time purchasing from Living Proof and purchased the Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo - which for a dry shampoo is very expensive at nearly £30. I can’t review the product as the nozzle doesn’t work - which reading the reviews seems like a general issue, one you would think they would fix given the cost.
Worse still, I have tried to contact Customer Services a number of times in various ways and it just keeps saying they are closed, even though I am contacting during the times stated on their website. I have also emailed in.
Have now had to raise an issue with Pay Pal to help me resolve. Very bad first experience unfortunately.

Definitely improves the look and volume of your hair
I decided to try Living Proof products having read some great reviews on the M&S website. I purchased my products direct from Living Proof as it was cheaper to buy a shampoo and conditioner bundle from there. I am really pleased with the restore products and have noticed that my hair looks fuller and smoother. I did need to contact customer services at one point and my email was answered quickly and the issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend trying the products especially if you have fine hair.

Excellent customer care
I really like all the products I’ve tried so far, they have made my hair more manageable on a day to day basis. When I had an issue, the customer care I received was excellent and a faulty produce replaced quickly.

ABYSMAL customer service
I have been a customer of LP for many years, and never thought to look at trust pilot. I wish I had. I have never written a review but felt I must given my experience . Long story short: order arrived missed an item. I emailed asking for the missing item. Before they could “launch an investigation” to explore the issue:
They needed “photo of the parcel, photo of the order and a picture of the packing note”. Please remember I have been buying for years and the missing item was a travel sized dry shampoo amongst a larger order.
Not “we are so sorry we will send the missing item immediately”. I was away and before I could answer I received a generic email with a refund. I actually really wanted/needed the missing item so I contacted them asking again for the missing product. This time I was ignored. I contacted them again, this time met with a convoluted justification of their complaints process etc.
Anyway in the end I did not receive my missing item as they “can’t send it for free” (not that they as what I ever asked for or expected!).
The whole experience has meant I will stop ordering from LP. It’s NOT good enough to justify the hefty price and unacceptable treatment of a customer. Plus there are many other excellent alternatives from companies that value their customers. When I have mentioned to friends/family my experience, those who know the company express that the dry shampoo is on the same level at Batiste or Baptiste (however that is spelt). If LP take the time to comment on my review, offering to make amends and to reach out etc etc. please be aware that the case is closed they have made their position clear. I was offered a 20% discount customers my next purchase. Completely unacceptable.
The customer service team are in desperate need of some actual training in the art of looking after customers.
In the meantime: to anyone thinking of spending your hard earned money with LP: spend your money elsewhere. You have been warned.

I would be more than happy to explain what happened here in more detail on why your order arrived with a missing item. The Dry Shampoo Mini was temporarily out of stock and your order came through in a small gap where the systems weren’t quite synced up causing our team to partially ship your order. Our system refunded the product automatically due to this being removed from the order. We are unable to hold orders until we receive stock, therefore, we prefer to ship all available stock and process an immediate refund for any items that may have been unfulfilled. This is not something that happens often and we always strive to fulfill each order, however, due to recent promotional activity specific items can become popular that cause them to become out of stock for a short moment.
I have looked at the conversation history and can confirm that our team abided by our company policies in the exchange. If a customer reports a missing item, we do have to ask for further information so our team can get all the exact info & investigate this internally. Apologies we were unable to resolve this quicker by replacing the item for you on first response. Due to the item being partially shipped and automatically refunded, there will sadly not be anything for our team to replace unless you place a new order for it. We hope you understand.
To mitigate this, I can see that our team has resolved this with you directly by email and provided a 20% off promotional code and an additional free shipping code that can be used if you wish to place a new order with us for the missing item. We hope you take advantage of this goodwill gesture and remain a loyal Living Proof customer.

Made a purchase for first time and they…
Made a purchase for first time and they took a second payment a few hours later leaving me overdrawn. No response from customer care e mail or chat and no phone number.
Sent further e mails yesterday morning . Included my purchase order and copy of bank statement showing a second sum being taken that was a penny difference. Referenced Trust pilot. Still no response .

Love Love Love the dry shampoo, it's a revelation! Recommended to me by my hairdresser and really good friend. I order two of the extra large bottles when they were 20% off back in May, used the first bottle no problem. however the second bottle was faulty and the spray wasn't working properly. I contacted customer services and Reshma dealt with my issue within an hour or so and I can not fault the service I received. New bottle on the way and can't wait to use it!
