Lovely delivery service
Nathan and Lee were polite and brought our bed base, mattress and head board into our house with great care. Set the bed up where we wanted it and explained how the pieces went together should we need to move it.

GOOD SERVICE
The delivery team,mark/adam/Lewis arrived in our time slot.They had to remove the front door,for the sofa to come in.Which was done very efficiently,and put back all nice and tidy.The sofa and reclining chair was put together very quickly,and all the lads were very friendly and helpful.

We have waited nearly 4 months for our…
We have waited nearly 4 months for our order to be completed. We have chased and chased . The two chairs came reasonably quickly , but the headrest which were an essential part of the order didn’t come. After numerous chases with very little response we received one headrest. We couldn’t believe it after all this time . They then asked for a further £35.00 to complete the order which would take another four weeks . We still haven’t received the unit and I did pay the £35.00.
I will never use this company again.

Waiting nearly four months for your order to be completed, having to repeatedly chase for updates, and then receiving only one of the two headrests after such a long delay is far from the standard of service we aim to provide.
We also appreciate how disappointing it must have been to then be asked to pay an additional £35 to complete your order, particularly after the delays and inconvenience you had already experienced. We sincerely apologise for the poor communication and the lack of timely updates throughout the process.
Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with both our Customer Services and management teams, as it highlights areas where we clearly need to improve. We genuinely regret that we have let you down and that this experience has left you feeling unable to shop with us again.

Good selection. Ordered dining table, was told it would take 5 weeks to deliver. Came in much earlier. Delivery drivers (Nathan/Lee) were very prompt and assembled it very quickly. Great experience so far
