Had our three chairs and footstool delivered today by the brilliant team of Adam and Nathan. They were prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. Put everything exactly where we wanted it with care and precision and cleared up all the rubbish. Thanks Adam and Nathan for making our delivery so stress free.

Great sofa - delivered with care
Great sofa, delivered in super quick time, not 21 weeks as it was in some other shops! Delivery was handled great by Tony and Lewis who carefully put the feet on etc and positioned it just where I wanted it. All packaging was taken away. Thanks guys.

Loving the new look of our open plan kitchen / diner / lounge - thanks to our interior designer and all the team.
Just a short note to say how pleased we were with our major delivery yesterday.
The team of Mark, Lewis & Adam, assisted by two from another team were great - they were engaging and careful in handling of the goods and our property. All the packaging was taken away and they were careful to ensure we were completely happy with the positioning and alignment of the sideboard door hinges.
It was invaluable having our designer, Kate Arkless on site to ensure everything was as expected and to advise on location of the key pieces. Kate has patiently guided us to this point over many months of deliberation, and we're delighted with the outcome!
Thanks also for Sam in the Leamington branch for all his admin support.

Sadly I can only give this company 2 stars ( i thought about 1 ). Without going into detail, their customer services/ complaints procedure is terrible. I have written to the CEO who chose fit to delegate my issue to the Customer Complaints Manager. He did call and promised to look into my issue ,promising to call back..Its now a week and nothing. This morning I left a message and still no reply. I have just written (again) to the CEO informing him that customer services starts at the top and his example is sadly lacking. I now have no choice but to take to social media , informing other people of Lee Longlands awful customer service..I am not a complainer by nature but this company need a good look at themselves starting with the CEO.

I had my wardrobes delivered yesterday by Frank and Dave they where great took all rubbish away only problem was the triple wardrobe was damaged but they have ordered me another one .

Lovely delivery service
Nathan and Lee were polite and brought our bed base, mattress and head board into our house with great care. Set the bed up where we wanted it and explained how the pieces went together should we need to move it.

The delivery team,mark/adam/Lewis arrived in our time slot.They had to remove the front door,for the sofa to come in.Which was done very efficiently,and put back all nice and tidy.The sofa and reclining chair was put together very quickly,and all the lads were very friendly and helpful.
