Another very good experience with Lee Longlands. From helpful salesroom staff at the Bristol Cribbs Causeway Store, all the way to the exceptional Tony & Kane for delivery and installation, everything was great. I think this is why we find ourselves returning to the store.

Mark and Lewis were very polite…
Mark and Lewis were very polite efficient and helpful. They made sure they good get the settee in through the door and without causing ay damage to either the walls doors or the settee itself. They then took great care when manouvering the settee into position. They plugged it in and made sure the recliners were working correctly. They were tidy and took away the packaging. A delight to interact with, efficient and helpful. Could not have asked for better service. Thankyou.

Brilliant experience from the minute we entered the showroom in Cribbs Causeway right through to delivery.
I was messaged with a delivery time slot.
Delivery received literally a few minutes ago bang on time!Frank and Adam were both courteous, professional and friendly. Furniture was placed to my wishes and all rubbish removed with a high level of respect shown to both my delivery and my home.

Smooth, no hassle delivery…
Tony & Kane delivered our dining table and chairs this morning with help from Richard & Will. Delivery was completely smooth. The team had our delivery notes, dropped us a message nice and early to say what time they’d arrive. Arrived at that time. All were very friendly, managed our steps (heavy table!) and made sure everything was 100% clean before departing. I wish every delivery was as smooth as this!

We brought a mattress from your kidderminster store we were served by a wonderful sales lady named Michelle she had wonderful knowledge of her products i gave her my wishes due to a really bad back she recommend 2 mattresses encouraged us to lay on them for 20 min we chose one because of her full knowledge of the springs and makeup of the matress.

Had my furniture delivered by Kane and Frank . Must say they were most courteous and polite. Timing of delivery was as per their message . They respected my property and were very mindful of where and how the furniture is set
up . At no point were they short shrift or
hurrying to just ‘plonk’ the furniture. This type of service is rare indeed these days and has to be valued and acknowledged. It’s what makes a company like Lee Longlands stand apart .

Great sofa - delivered with care
Great sofa, delivered in super quick time, not 21 weeks as it was in some other shops! Delivery was handled great by Tony and Lewis who carefully put the feet on etc and positioned it just where I wanted it. All packaging was taken away. Thanks guys.

Loving the new look of our open plan kitchen / diner / lounge - thanks to our interior designer and all the team.
Just a short note to say how pleased we were with our major delivery yesterday.
The team of Mark, Lewis & Adam, assisted by two from another team were great - they were engaging and careful in handling of the goods and our property. All the packaging was taken away and they were careful to ensure we were completely happy with the positioning and alignment of the sideboard door hinges.
It was invaluable having our designer, Kate Arkless on site to ensure everything was as expected and to advise on location of the key pieces. Kate has patiently guided us to this point over many months of deliberation, and we're delighted with the outcome!
Thanks also for Sam in the Leamington branch for all his admin support.
