Absolutely perfect experience. Zero issues in and out no problems no hassle no worries. Well done

I made a mistake being tired when booking and booked leaving a day earlier by mistake. This left me with an £18 bill when i came to leave as the barriers wouldn't let me out. My payment cards wouldn't read for some reason, so i phoned the operator. She said they'd worked before and so should work again. That was her's and the operators only solution. I was left for quite some time trying card after card, moving to another gate and again trying card after card to open the gate and leave. Eventually after quite some time one card worked and the gate opened.
It was a very stressful situation. I feel there should have been more ways to pay and resolve the issue such as some stand alone payment machines like normal car parks have or an over the phone payment method. In future i'll consider other parking methods before i choose this one.

From the booking process to the location of the car park, the ease of it all, the friendly staff and the thoughtful consideration to put my car back in an easy location due to having a blue badge is all fantastic. Will always continue to use them.

Always easy to park and walk

Easy to book. No issues at barrier when we arrived or left and car was still there when we got off our flight. What more can I say?

Took a while to find a space. Not always easy to find bus top. We had a bad experience with jet2 and were told (on return) that our plane was too small and we would have to travel back with different airline to Birmingham airport. We then had to travel back (via Uber) to Leeds Bradford. When leaving the airport we were fined £18 for over stay and are unable to claim this back even this was no fault of our own.

I parked in long stay and when I returned to my car, the battery had gone. Not only was the staff member in the airport helping, the parking company made a stressful situation less so and showed empathy and understanding

Car parking was easy and straight forward but after being dropped off by the bus at 01.30 in the morning the access road wasn't a safe place to be on and thankfully we didn't have any incidents thanks to our mobile phones having a torch facility

Stayed in the mid stay car park. Was a well marked walkway to the car park and leaving was a breeze

First time using airport parking and it wont be the last! It was so easy from start ( booking) to finish ( collecting car) only thing i did find disappointing was the shuttle service, buses just werent big enough for luggage & passengers from car parks to terminal. ( packed in like sardines).
Apart from this minor disappointment evetything was great.
Plenty of spaces in car park and clearly sign posted.

Friendly, helpful staff

At the bottom of a steep hill and it took 10 mins for us to get up with all the luggage. Car park had litter and dog poo in it and the entry to the car park by car and entry to departures by foot were not clear. On exit we were led straight outdoors and no toilets after security

Very easy parking, straight out to a bus to the terminal. Just as easy on the way back.

Easy to book online, confirmation email gave link to Google maps to easily find.
Plenty of bus stops and quick waiting time for bus to arrive.

Easy to find. Helpful attendants. A long way to walk from the terminal for my husband who has mobility issues though.

Second time I have parked at Leeds Bradford Airport. Second time I have had issues.
To be fair the car park is very convenient, I have used the mid stay and the walk to the terminal is straightforward and quick. The online booking process was reasonable, however as with most online booking services, there is a lack of direct contact numbers to call should all the links fail to answer specific queries. The fee was reasonable compared to similar parking in other airports. My complaint is with the ANPR cameras. On both occasions I have been unable to drive out of the car park, as the camera has failed to read the number plate and has decided there is a fee to pay (parking was pre paid online both times). Whilst this was sorted by using the intercom to call a member of staff, this required additional faff, time and patience, which should not have been necessary with the online booking and technology in use.
ANPR doesn’t seem to fail in speeding cases or on garage forecourts? So why does it seem flawed on exit in this car park? I drove in easily enough both times. Why should there be an issue on exit? Hence the review and score.

Car park easy to find camera took photo of reg plate and barrier opened straight away was only waiting 2 mins for bus and same on way home but bus at terminal on return highly recommend.

As a family we find travelling through Leeds and Bradford airport so easy. We always need special assistance for our daughter and it’s so well organised (which is based on experiences had in other European airports). I wish they could all be like LBA.
Staff are friendly and helpful. We use meet and greet and parking too which provides a stress free experience which is easy to access.
