Many things went wrong with your services which is detrimental to me as a person. Lack of good communication, time wasting, incurring expenses without my notification, forcing me to pay money i never planned for and many other i could not state here. Poor customer services, poor customer relationships

Overall, everything went smoothly in the end. However, the process took longer than expected and required a few follow-ups on my part. For future clients, having an initial introductory meeting with the dedicated case handler would greatly improve the experience.

The process went well, LPL were very easy to deal with. Took a little longer than i hope but ultimately the purchase of the property went through. I had to chase for updates as the interface was a little confusing, but overall a happy experience.

Slow service, can’t talk to the solicitor, etc stressed so much and finally their calculations (2 Completion Statements) were wrong many times that you have to calculate by yourself to correct!

At the end, it was a nice way we finished, but during the process, it was quite stressful for 7 months!!
(This experience put me off to buy or sell anymore properties …)

Our experience with this conveyancing firm was extremely disappointing. The sale of our property took several months, and throughout the process we experienced repeated delays, poor communication and a constant need to chase for updates.

There were times when it felt as though we had to manage the progress of our own sale, repeatedly contacting the firm just to find out what was happening. Communication was inconsistent, and the lack of proactive updates added unnecessary stress to an already difficult process.

I want to be fair to our individual solicitor. Whenever we spoke on the phone, he was polite, friendly and appeared genuinely well-meaning. However, despite this, the overall handling of our case fell well short of our expectations. Good manners alone cannot make up for poor communication and case management.

We have now completed the sale, but the experience has left us seriously disappointed. Conveyancing is already stressful enough without having to continually chase the people you are paying to handle it.

Based on our experience, I would not use this firm again.

They are lucky to get one star, if I could give minus stars they would get it. The wort experience of my life by far, horrendous communication, unhelpful staff when calling, took 6 month for a remortgage fully down to there incompetence. Which ended up costing me and extra 2k as my mortgage offer ran out also cost me more money to extended the valuation of the house. At no point during this did they ever reach out to me and let me know what was going on I had to ring them every 2 days to be told the same answer. Overall I would never ever recommend anyone to go with them ever. Overall horrible experience and that is been kind.

Luke Warrior was always prompt in his response and very thorough and always responded back to any queries that we had.

When we called LPL customer service was always very polite and helpful.

The company was efficient and always on hand and the use of the online portal to check our progress was easy and brilliant way to keep updated. Paul and his team were friendly and always informative.

Process was very smooth making property buying easy. However app not easy to use and person communication could have been a bit better. But overall service was good
