Excellent service
Second time I have purchased used gear from LCE and as before and the items were as described (as new..mint).From order to delivery was only three days and Rob at the Derby branch was very friendly and helpful.No hesitation recommending LCE Derby.

Fantastic experience with London Camera…
Fantastic experience with London Camera Exchange. Was very cautious about spending a large amount of cash online with a company I’ve never used before. However after reading very positive reviews on Trustpilot I took the plunge and was very impressed with the quality of the lens I purchased second hand. Extremely fast postage and great communication keeping me up to date with the progress of my order. Item arrived next da and was extremely well packaged and I am over the moon with it.

excellent service
I contacted LCE via email to arrange a trade-in and purchase of a Nikon Z50ii. The response was very quick and informative. The collection of my items was arranged very quickly and smoothly.
The same can be said about the offer made for trade-in and the purchase of the new camera.
I'm very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

I paid £4.99 next day delivery on a…
I paid £4.99 next day delivery on a £12 lead. Ordered sat and will be delivered today. Thurs lunchtime. Why? Because they won’t leave it in my parcel bin due to it needing to be signed for. Yes fair enough on an expensive bit of equipment but a £12 hdmi lead??? Had to redeliver on a day off and make sure someone is in. Not good.
