Always good, friendly and helpful service. With my latest purchase from Derby, an item was unavailable. They called me and offered an alternative. My order still arrived on time.

Very straighforward, and the lens (very happy with Condition rating) was dispatched the same day.
Only gripe was your courier DPD who said they'd deliver the following day in a particular 1 hr slot. I was there, and they weren't. I was sent a message to say that they couldn't deliver because the pin-holder was not there....wrong ! They did deliver in the notified slot the next working day.

Really helpful
Really helpful. Reserved the camera I was interested in until they had received my part exchange. All emails were answered very quickly and gave me a good price for my camera. Dispatched quickly and well wrapped. The used Nikon I bought was in better condition than I expected so really happy experience with Lce once again.

Great service from Rob at the Derby…
Great service from Rob at the Derby store who I was pointed towards via the website to trade in my Z7 and 24-70 f4 s against a Z8 with the 24-120 f4 s.
Kept in the loop at all times and trade in and new kit all sorted between Monday and Friday.
