Ordered a hair trimmer for 344000 vnd .. I wasn’t home for the delivery time, so paid my receptionist in the building where I live. They took the delivery and paid delivery guy.. I came home later that day and open my package, inside is a pair of women’s cheap plastic leather gloves.. I tried for 6 hours calling them and chat call them on their website, couldn’t get through... There’s nowhere I can sent an email to or even complain or get through to them at all , their website is a joke, I’ve literally given up ....NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER OR SIGN UP ...

I ordered ink for my Canon Printer. Their add showed the exact ink cartridges for my printer. Ordered 3 sets of pima 99 and 89 ink. Paid 1,391,00 dong. Ink was delivered but it was liquid ink. Looking back at the ad you buy liquid and with each set receive 1 2 pack of the correct cartridge ink. My order was three sets. The box contained NO ink cartridges. Customer service will not acknowledge the free ink . Kept talking over me to return. All I want now is the free ink and I will keep the liquid and toss it in the trash. The lady would not let me speak to her superior. Extremely poor customer service. She needs to listen.

after a long 2 WEEKS wait for the product to arrive, they send me email for order being cancel with NO supportive reason. SCAM advertisement!

I ordered 3 items form Lazada and 2 of them were totally wrong.
Not the color i ordered or the right item as shown on the picture. The 3rd item is a make up set and there is not even a brush with to put make up on with. (seriously)
And also None of their staff speaks proper English so it is almost impossible to arrange things. Very unimpressed with this whole situation.

Think twice before signing up. The shop usually delivers OK but
1 know that your data cannot be deleted. You cannot cancel your own account and I have filed several requests for removing my data from their system but they just are reluctant to do so.
2 If you do sign up; never give your payment details on this site, always go for the 'cash on delivery option' as they cannot be trusted with your financial data.

Giao hàng (bàn làm việc) thiếu phụ kiện, không ốc vít, dịch vụ hỗ trợ của Lazada cũng chả biết làm gì ngoài 'không thể hỗ trợ, vui lòng thông cảm' khi tôi hỏi làm thế nào để có thể vận chuyển hàng từ nhà đến bưu điện để đổi trả vì hàng rất lớn và cồng kềnh thì nhân viên hỗ trợ chỉ biết nói tôi phải tự giao, chắc tôi phải mua xe hơi để tự giao hàng. Thật nực cười, đúng là trò hề. Chưa thấy cái shop online nào thiếu chuyên nghiệp như cái shop này

Totally disappointed with Lazada delivery service & customer service. I lost money for nothing. I purchased a combo of Vichy Minéral 89 50ml & Lift Activ 15ml from Lazada.vn on 11/11/2018. Lazada sent me email confirming delivery would be from 13 to 16/11/2018. By end of 16/11, nothing arrived. As I travelled from 17-20/11, I sent email & message to Lazada contact to inform my travelling & requested they delivered after 20/11. On 22/11, upon coming back, I noticed that Lazada has delivered the products to my sister on 17/11 when I was away. Even though my sister refused to take the package as she didn't know anything about this order but the delivery man insisted her to take it as she didn't have to pay anything. My sister thought it was a sampling, she opened it to find the Vichy Minéral 89 50ml was broken & the Lift Activ 15ml is a box with label "sample, not for sales". I can't believe Lazada sold sampling product. I sent complaint to Lazada just to receive a sorry message & an offer discount voucher of 2.5$. I refused the coupon, of course. Not recommended.

i purchased some items thru Lazada.vn and paid for it when i received goods. However, when i opened the box, found 1 item was damaged. Return the item and get the store credit for 166,000 vnd. Then, used that store credit to buy another item for 70,000 vnd. Common sense, i should have another 96000 vnd in store credit; but when i buy another item it doesn't allow me to use the store credit again, because it was used only 1 time.
1. No one told me that store credit only can use 1 time via phone when i return the item.
2. They need to know the different between store credit and promotion code. Promotion code can only use 1 time, but store credit is customer $ especially, i paid for it up front.
3. Their excuses that their system only allow to use 1 time ...this is a eCommerce company; they should know the different or process 2 different type of code (store credit vs. promotion code.)

Now, i lost 96,000 vnd. No big deal..but this company is a scam and withhold customer $ illegal.
THIS IS THE LAST TIME I USE LAZADA.VN

I place an order and pay with my debit card. After 2 days or so, the seller notifies me that the product is no longer available. And, the seller also says s/he will help me cancel my order. I try to cancel. Fail. The seller tries to cancel. Fail. So, I talk to Lazada CS. CS says NOBODY CAN CANCEL THE ORDER (not even lazada itself) because the order status is at "processing" which means the the product is ready to be handed over to lazada's logistic partner. I am only told to wait for 7days so that the order is automatically cancelled. WHAT A STUPID SYSTEM. And, my money is stuck hanging in there. I feel sorry for the CS staff as she has to suffer complaints caused by her company's stupid system.

I wanted to delete because they let scammer sell poor quality items. But it's impossible.

They promote Identity theft. They allow people to steal your email and open unauthorized accounts. They refuse to close the account when you bring it up to their attention.

The WORST customer service ever. Just to receive a top up code I have to wait for a month?every single time. They always say "system error" and give lame reasons and NEVER REFUND my money for their stupidity and inability to provide proper service. They have NO SKILLS and that completely reflects the company's ethics and outlook on customers. Lazada Vietnam will never grow as long as they employ these Dodos to face the customer. Inability to communicate to an irritated customer, and empathize their issue with Lazada is only making me MORE FRUSTRATED.
LAZADA VIETNAM WILL NEVER GROW IF THEY DON'T PAY ATTENTION ON HOW THEY DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS.

After 2 years that i bought on Lazada.vn i can say how bad is their service and especially the customer support , last 3 item i ordered was wrong or used then i sent back and the last one ,i returned, i am waiting from 2 months that should refund me the misery amount of 15 USD and they are finding out all foolish reason to don't refund me back the amount !!!! What a hell a big company that steal 15 USD to a client???? they told me my bank account was not correct (no true it was so correct ) then i sent to them another bank account of my friend and again don't refund the amount ... i am waiting they refund my amount if not i will take a legal way against this fake online store !!!

Lazada has items on their website they cannot deliver but send you another one in the assumption that you won't see it. OMG. Or they don't see it themselves perhaps. Horrible service!!!!!

Very Weird way of working and customer support.
1. After placing order online, they make a "verification call". It says press "0" for english and when you press "0", it continues in Vietnamese. So, you won't be able to verify your order in that call if u don't understand Vietnamese.
2. Called up customer care to inform that I have missed to verify the order on the call. They confirmed that order is confirmed and under process and it will be delivered as scheduled. I no need to do anything else.
3. After few minutes, received an email from Lazada saying my order has been cancelled due to "no verification".
5. I order again, and 2'nd time same story repeats, could not verify on call as everything in Vietnamese.
6. Called up customer care again, this time they confirmed that they will verify my order at their end. After few minutes, received email from customer care confirming that they have verified my order and it's under process.
7. Few minutes after which received an email from Lazada that my order has been cancelled due to "no verification".

Never seen such a weird and complicated way of working and a customer service who does not even know what's happening with the order and their own confirmation gets overruled. Verification says press "0" for english and never speak english even after pressing "0".

What a shame for such a big online retailer, will never use and don't recommend to use if you can't speak vietnamese.

They refuse to give the gift they promised. I bought an galaxy S8 and there is about $200 gift card associated with it, but after a month, they didn't give it to me, I contacted them 10 times, and they are either ask me to wait more, forget what gift it is (I sent them the document and the picture) or just completely incompetent, asking me for documents again and again... This is not a trustworthy or high quality business, don't have the will, the mean, the technology or the manner to help their customers. On top of that, they delivered the phone 3 weeks late, WTH.

I have ordered several time at lazada.vn, always in hope their delivery fault was just an accident.

After ordering and paying in advance, I never received the article. Contacting lazada remained without success, they never replied.

Another article I have ordered with the payment "cash on delivery". This article I received after 3 weeks waiting. Luckily I checked the article before I payed cash, because it was the wrong one. They have promised me I will received the correct one asap. This was now 2 weeks ago.

A pity and for me a wonder that this company still exists. The management should be exchanged at first.

I recently ordered 11 items from Lazada Vietnam, worth more than $1,500.00. Furnitures and appliances because I'm moving in a new apartment where it will be my first time experience to rent out in a bare unit on my own purchased furnishings. I was so excited for the experience of buying my first items. Lazada Vietnam was my first choice then because the web site is easy to navigate and buying is easy. But the horrible part is deliveries.

Here are the reasons why:

1. Lazada Vietnam does not have the means to control delivery shipment from their suppliers. I asked Lazada Vietnam customer support to set a schedule of deliveries on or after 23 Dec 2016 (placed orders in 18 Dec). Customer service emailed back they can't help me with delivery arrangements. "It's my problem" not theirs as they implied in their email reply. As a result, I have to skip several office duties even in-between office hours, waste my time traveling between Tan Son Nhat airport and An Phu District 2, worse thing, one of their delivery hurried me up, only to find out they just shipped a small single item. Imagine the hassle.

2. Updated a new address in my account, but deliveries came in my old address. Worse thing was, they hurried me up so I did hurried up to come my new place, and waited until 10pm (as I write this blog). So furious I told them to deliver in my new address. Until now no delivery came. Lazada Vietnam has extremely poor organization and management in customer service.

3. Imagine, 10 times I have to waste fuel back and forth instead of them delivering on customer availability. They want us "customers" to serve them instead.

4. Furniture ordered are unassembled and even has sustained shipping damages.

Wrap up Lazada VN experience:
1. Extremely poor customer support
2. Chaotic delivery process
3. Displaced customer address management
4. Horrible
5. Exhausting
6. More expensive
7. Stressful
8. Unhappy and irritating experience
9. Cold customer treatment
10. Made me physically fatigued and sick.

I went in Cholon and Metro in District 2. It's much better.
