As an islander in my first experience of buying a new mattress did not disappoint. The service from ordering to delivery was excellent to ensure I got just the most perfectly comfortable mattress for my needs. The quality of the mattress is exceptionally good and brilliant value for money.Delivery was perfectly timed and Jordan very kindly gave me time to try it. He was extremely helpful at all times and is to be highly recommended. I will certainly recommend his business for good service, value, and honesty. Thank you so much!

They came to demonstrate the bed at home address so that you could have a go and see if it was for you. We were told approx 3 weeks for delivery. It was actually 4 but nevertheless it arrived and was put together by the team who then went o to demonstrate again. We now have 4 weeks to decide if we keep or send back. Need I say more it is going to be kept. ( this is a turning bed)

The engineers were excellent, removing my old bed and installing the new one. I am delighted with the bed as it solves problems with my health while being very comfortable and attractive to look at. The lady I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and helpful. Altogether an excellent experience,

Efficient ordering and delivery process. We appreciated the generous time slot to discuss different options and try different mattresses. However we hesitated over the clinical-looking covering to the bed fame and were offered other options from a very small range, one of which we accepted. What we were not told was that there would be an additional charge of £200 (for two beds). It is for this reason that I have reduced the rating to 3*.

Our experience with Laybrook was great from start to finish.
ASH dealt with all our queries promptly, listened to the different necessary specifications for the individual mattresses and gave us invaluable advice.
The two members of staff who came to fit the beds were very polite, worked quietly and efficiently to assemble the beds.
Enough usage time has now passed and we can truthfully reply to the review.
We remain totally satisfied customers.

The open process of ordering was helpful and detailed, allowing me to order the correct bed. Delivery was in 3 weeks as promised and the driver/assembler was great. He phoned to give me over an hour's notice of arrival and he was spot on. He showed swift technique and organisation during assembly, was careful about the bedrooms and stairs taking away the old bed, and took away every bit of his rubbush. Raz was also very helpful and polite in answering my questions. Great job done.

I was able to try out one of the turning beds in my own home. As I can't travel this made a huge difference. I could not move my legs enough to get into my old bed. It would not have worked to have carers come to help me as I need to get in and out of bed during the night. I thought I might have to go into a home but I love my independence. I used the new bed last night. Easy and comfortable I am so grateful.

From first contacting Laybrook I was helped all the way through especially by Donna who was an absolute star.
I would like to advise anyone buying a dual electric bed to get slightly larger than you think you want because the split in the middle of the bed eats into the mattress space. so instead of 4ft 6in get 5ft. This is only a personal opinion and I am more than happy with the bed and service I received.

I ordered a brochure and then spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone. The bed was delivered and the old one taken away.
I was very pleased with the quality of the bed, however the firm mattress was a bit too hard and was changed without fuss.
I would definitely recommend this company.

I spoke with Stuart at Laybrook he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect bed. He was honest and open pointing out what was not necessary and what would be needed, explaining everything in detail. He ensured we knew what would be suitable for our needs. I couldnt recommend this company highly enough. The delivery was on time, very professional and friendly from starting conversation to delivery and build. Excellent customer service.

Laybrook arranged delivery prior to Christmas which
within time scale they had promised.
Delivery man service was very good and all was installed on first floor master bedroom.
Compared to other electric adjustable beds company in UK, Laybrook beds price and offers were the best.
I had full knee replacement some months ago and is the best investment I have made, they are offering O percent installment offer which I had taken.
I find bed very comfortable and sleeping like a lord!
I have massage system bed and is excellent.
would highly recommend Laybrook, I had personally managed to select and try out beds and all staff including Ash were very helpful, by filling details of my wight, height and finding my requirements so the right type of bed can be ordered. and they did not rush me to commit for placing order.

The company I chose was a shot in the dark really, I looked at the massage system built in the mattress and It was already a done deal on my part!.... I'd ordered within 10 minutes.... A lovely lady called Donna called me the following day, I'd ordered the massage system & forgotten to order the mattress, we laughed and it was sorted and the usual wait was 21 days. To my suprise 3 days later was the delivery day.... Lovely delivery guy, explained it all. And here I am sat on the edge of my "firm side" massage system with mattress!..... So 😊.... Thank you all at Laybrooks for the quality, the excellent service and delivery!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Visited the show room in Bicester and the sales person Ash was more than help. Selected our mattresses and bed style. Was kept up to date with manufacturing times and delivery schedules.
Bed arrived dead on the specified delivery date, installation team were exceptional, very polite and friendly.
It’s been roughly 3 weeks since the bed was delivered and I have left making my review until we have had time to get used to the new mattresses. We went for the standard mattress supplied in firm. First couple of nights took some getting used to the firmness ( only because our previous mattress was a hipnos 36 cm with mattress topper and very soft) but both myself and wife can’t agree more that 3 weeks down the line, we are sleeping much better and find the mattress very comfortable and supportive. No more aches and pains !!!
We purchased the adjustable bed due to my wife now needing to sleep elevated following her cancer operation. The movement is silent and very smooth, I even use it to watch TV in bed now 😁 it’s great.
Have to say, great company, fantastic quality and very reasonably priced.

If I could! Iwould give 100out of 10 !!
right through from the beginning when the sales rep phoned me and explained everything to me , my bed is made to my specification and has a massager , the engineers came after 21 days and fitted the bed , they were polite and professional and all was fixed in 20 mins .
I was kept informed all the way through whilst the bed was being made .
u very much to all involved making my bed at Laybrooks.

I had an unhurried meeting at Laybrook during which Stuart helped me to match the bed and matress to my needs, taking into account my size, weight and restrictions in movement. I am very satisfied with the result and have a comfortable night's sleep.
